I came away with a slightly pricy, but very unique "Charm City" print (~$35) that brings me joy every time I look at it. I came another time for some holiday shopping in the middle of a weekday, and had the luxurious opportunity to take my time and browse through everything. The store associates were so helpful and helped me talk through the pros / cons of a few items I was looking at. With their 25% sale, I was able to find 2 substantial-ish stocking stuffers for ~$15 which was great. Excited to treat myself to another trinket / item when I find myself here next.

They shipped out within the first work-day of the week (maybe the Tuesday after Christmas). It took a little longer than a week with New Years, but arrived still quickly with holidays. Upon purchase, I'd recommend making a free account here so they can save your purchase history so if you liked something you bought but don't exactly remember what it was, they are capable of looking it up for you. Took them back the next day and they said they wouldn't refund back to my credit card because the white soles had scuffs from 3 blocks of walking. Cashier also started cutting some insoles I said felt good and only told me afterwards that they were $65. Just buy shoes online, at least they accept returns like normal people. These guys are just out to get your money, and for all their "look at your gait" theatre they sold me shoes that essentially didn't fit. UPDATE: Store owner reached out over email and essentially just re-iterated their store policy and offered nothing new to rectify the bad experience. Situation hasn't materially changed, will avoid shopping here in the future.

Multiple employees helped us get fitted for the correct shoes and purchase decent clothing and a worthwhile ball. They took the time to make recommendations and provide feedback while answering any questions we had. Soccer Post didn't break the bank. Sure, some of their items probably could've been purchased online or at a chain store for a bit cheaper, but I didn't get the feeling that I was overpaying. They also alleviated some of the cost by offering a discount to people that are part of the league my son joined. I love how the local takes care of the local at Soccer Post.
