I received a generous gift card for my birthday for the Coach Outlet. I live a distance from a store so I bought my City Tote online. After I received the order I decided I wanted a different color combination. I called ahead to make sure they had the bag I wanted and the person who helped me was awesome! She was bubbly and had a great energy. My hubby was kind enough to drop in at the Coach Outlet at Arundel Mills the next day to make an even exchange. When he went to the store the next day and the same associate greeted him and said "welcome Mr. B. we've been waiting for you". Now that is exceptional customer service! The exchange process got a little convoluted and we needed to involve the manager who was also a big help and very accommodating All in all I am happy with the service received and thrilled with my new City Tote!!! read more

I came here today because the gallery tote I got online's front zipper handle fell off. I only had it for like 3 months and I only had it inside around the house. I have a few vintage coach bags and the quality/construction is definitely higher than in the recent outlet bags. The website states that all coach outlet bags are covered under warranty for 1 year and says to bring it into an outlet store to send for repairs....so that's what I did. Arundel mills recently reopened (opening at 11am) and I was there by 11:30ish but the coach store was still closed. Overall, the entire mall was pretty dead. There was a sign on the door saying that they were filled to capacity but inside was empty so I was confused. Then a lady came to the entrance and said they didn't open until noon so I had to wait. At noon, an employee opened the doors and had a sprayer so I guess they are closed that additional hour for sanitization?!??? I got to the counter and asked for my bag to be repaired but they said they didnt do that but that they would swap it out. The lady was pretty helpful in helping me locate them in the store. They did have the same model bag but in a different color than mine. I got to see bags I had previously only seen online. In the end, I got a bag that is slightly different in color than my original bag but that I liked better so I'm happy about that. I just hope the zipper doesnt break again. read more

I'm not a fan of coach...... but I did need a men's wallet. (I hate the female ones at any store). They currently have a 50% off of everything in the store. AND I DO MEAN EVERYTHING. Dawn was the perfect saleswoman. She stayed right by my side.... even checking the back for different colors. She was attentive and had some great suggestions. I had my son with me and for some reason he was especially hyper. The stars was friendly and kept him entertained while i shopped. I was able to find a great men's wallet the was a new style for the season and it was only $34. You can't beat that. The lighting and fixtures were everything. Perfect spacing and friendly faces. Best to come on the week days and not during the holidays, but the best deals and additional discounts happen during those very busy times. It's always the best feeling when something you want isn't just a "lowered, outlet price," but then 40% off, and then they tell you that everything is an additional 20% off. Score. When you hit that kind of jackpot, stock up if you can. Even on small accessories like pouches, card holders, & wristlets; they make the best gifts. A lot of options for gifts and extending your purse and shoe collection. The store is well maintained, polite not pushy sales associates and a varied selection of jackets, scarves, key fobs etc. They have frequent promotions and you can sign up for email notifications of upcoming events. Fantastic. I was in the market for a new Coach handbag. Amazing sales everywhere. Like most Coach outlets, they had a lot of items that were 50% off. Totes, hobo bags, messenger bags, book bags, and smaller bags were all 50% off. There was a wide variety of designs and finishes to choose from. Canvas to leather were all on sale. The newer styles from last season were priced all at $129 to $139. Colors ranged from the classic Coach colors such as khaki & brown, black and grey (also known as silver moonlight or Kyra), navy blue with light blue, white and gold, etc. They had non-outlet prices as well. They had beautiful pink leather bags and beige leather bags. Wristlets ranged from $30 to $70 dollars. Standards wallets were $30 and card holders were around the sale price. Coach sneakers and sunglasses were also well priced, at $59 to $70 depending on the style. As always, Coach staff is always there to help you. This time around, I could not find anyone to help me find a particular design in a color, so that was disappointment. I will definitely come here again. There is also a Coach for Men store right next door. Way better than Leesburg Coach Outlet. read more

I've been to this location at least a few dozen times - For the most part, its been pleasant, very helpful & kind employees. However, my last two visits were un-enjoyable, because that girl with the multicolored, peacock hair is who I dealt with. I believe her name is Dawn & she is soo rude! I was very happy to find out that a Coach outlet was coming to Arundel Mills Mall. This is a very nice store, big, friendly staff, and I always get handed a 30% off coupon when I walk in the door. The first day it opened they had the entrance roped off and would only let a few people in at a time. They always have great deals and offer extra coupons on top of the lower or clearance prices. It can get very busy so go early or on a weeknight so you don't have to wait in a long check-out line. read more

A must if you come to Arundel Mills Mall. Their prices are great and less expensive in comparison with Nordstrom Rack (down route 175). Best time to come in the morning is right when the mall opens or else you will be dealing with WAY to many people bumping into you. In preparation for my upcoming vacation I did a bit of shopping in Arundel Mills mall recently. Stopped in to the Factory store. I was quite impressed, the store is very neat and organized. The staff friendly and willing to help and lets not forget the most important part. THE DEALS!!!! they have great prices plus coupons. I found exactly what I was looking for and paid less than expected. Its always a good day when you save money. I would definitley come back to this particular store I have been to others and have been underwhelmed but not here. The customer service at this store is absolutely terrible. The Asian lady would follow you around and then have her staff follow you with a clip board pretending to take inventory. I have purchased countless number of Coach products over the years and from various locations. Never have I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed as I did at this store. The women are vile and make fun of customers and draw baseless conclusions about them... we hear you by the way. At a time I had no choice but to come to this location as it is closest to my home but now opt to travel an extra hour to avoid these poorly trained fools. I have too much class to stoop to level of these bandits. To the staff, just shut your mouths and not judge. To customers, please be aware of the products you buy at this location. They often sell defective items with missing bag straps, previously worn shoes, and loose stones in jewelry. To the leadership committee, change the staff here, especially the manager. Very nice, large store with lots of inventory. Prices seemed high for an outlet and no coupons were handed out but there were sales. I asked for a coupon they said non were being handed out but I was told of the sales, then a few minutes later they were handing out coupons but I didnt get one, I dont understand that confusion. I wouldn't say the sales people hound you or go out of their way to help you, it seemed like no one wants to go in back and check inventory, but some sales people were more helpful than others.
