However, a lot of the higher end stores has closed up. I must have a relax mind to come into this mall as it can be overwhelming with some mall guests and crowds. Today it was very mellow for it all. There are eateries around the mall with some anchor restaurants. There are relaxing massage chairs placed around the mall, as well as bathroom in the different sections of the mall all numbered access identified.

Many well-known retailers have closed or are in the process of closing, and they're being replaced by lesser-known stores that don't offer the same level of quality. Two retailers that are closing are Eddie Bauer Outlet and Saks Off 5th. Parking has also become a major challenge. The lots are consistently overcrowded, and it's not unusual to spend a significant amount of time circling just to find a space. During our visit today, my husband and I arrived around 5:15 PM, only to find that a shooting had just occurred. Patrons were evacuating, and traffic quickly became extremely congested as everyone attempted to leave at once. I do hope the remaining retailers I enjoy continue to stay. Unfortunately, one of my go-to stores, Banana Republic Factory, no longer carries petite sizes. I was totally bummed. But, surprisingly the store was fully stocked, well organized and full of great stuff. I bought two pair of shoes, a couple of running shorts, gym gear and a hat for less than $120 bucks! Talk about a deal...Anyone who knows about a Nike store, you can pay that price for just one pair of shoes or hoodie alone!! LOL! The floor plan is open which is great for accommodating large crowds, and this place tends to get crowded for sure but, what I've noticed is that the lines at check out move fast and they tend to have a good rotation of inventory. There were a couple of items on the floor where I needed a different size and one of the staff members were able to check their stock and pull the size I needed from the inventory room. I really appreciated that as to he could've been lazy, and not even bother to put forth the effort, giving that the store was so crowded. In all, easy to shop because of the set up and attentive staff. Also, great prices and return policy. The store is large, clean with lots of rotating stock and items for a factory outlet store. They are only one of few stores that carry petite sizes. Upon entering, a male associate, Billy, asked if I needed assistance, which I was grateful for. He assisted me in finding a size 2 or 4 (short) as I wasn't sure which size I was. I currently own only one pair of next-level stretch jeggings (jeans + leggings) from this retailer in size 6 which is ill-fitting. After trying on both sizes today I determined that I should be wearing a size 2 not 6. My current jeggings is loose in the waist and I constantly have to pull my jeggings up. While in the fitting room, I asked two associates for their opinion on the size 2 as it bunched up around my ankles and they said the fit overall looked perfect. One of them was kind enough to check the inventory to help me find another pair in a different color, but they didn't have any in store or online. Bummer! There is currently a promotion for buy one, get one 50% off. They are giving away a nice, holiday reusable shopping bag at checkout upon request. AE has a rewards program and I was informed that if you add the app to your phone, you will receive a birthday offer. Darn.
