We all know as a woman that the best time to apply oils is after a shower. The Vanilla Chardonnay is different in the best way possible. There's nothing cloyingly sweet or overbearing about it. It smells a little like cough medicine in the bottle but woody fruit on your skin. Like oak and berries had a baby. Jasmine Black Sea smells luxurious without being overbearing or tacky ::cough::OPIUM::cough:: The anise shines and even though the description doesn't have anything remotely salt/marine about it...it's there. It's the combination because even with the fruit and warm notes there's still an element of freshness. The Fig Oud & Amber smells like something you'd wear to a gathering for your coven. Sophisticated coven. Upscale coven. Coven that runs the Upper East Side or the swankiest hotels. Jasmine Black Sea is my absolute favorite, followed by Fig Oud & Amber, then Vanilla Chardonnay. The Mountain Pine & Cashmere candle smells heavenly and it's only been under the warmer for about 30 minutes. Would I purchase from here again? YES. YES. She was extremely accommodating and made absolutely perfect arrangements (see photos). Our guests are still raving about the flowers two months later! We had a morning ceremony and a brunch reception, so Maria prepared the boutonnieres for pickup the afternoon before and went to the reception venue the morning of the wedding to decorate the cake and place the arrangements. I am simply stunned by her generosity and supportive spirit throughout the process. Truly delightful. And, for those of you wondering, her pricing is extremely reasonable (no upcharge for saying "wedding!"). I would have paid more and expected less from anyone else. Once I emailed I heard back almost immediately. Maria's attention to detail was very impressive. I sent her photos of the space and she got back to me with arrangement ideas within my price range. Communicating with Maria was super easy as she always was quick in her responses.
