I will not be back and do not recommend. I ended up buying m wig from Envy Us in Alexandria, a black owned beauty supply store with exceptional customer service. The ladies at Envy Us, not only allowed me to try as many wigs as I wanted, they cut the lace, and showed me how to pluck the lace.

There are ways to approach customers respectfully without making them feel accused. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is disappointing because I've shopped here before without issues.
