Came to this location for travel vaccines. I needed the YF vaccine for travel to Ghana and the price (while expensive) was good compared to local travel clinics. They just give you the vaccine without all the extras (tshirt, travel books, just in case prescriptions) that you find at travel clinics which i appreciated. No frills - its walgreens but you can get airplane snacks as a add-on. lol read more

I usually come to this Walgreens for random pickups. Today I decided to return an item that was less than 30 days of purchase. Although the receipt was a bit hard to read and scanned by the scanner, the Indian lady said she can't do anything and the only thing she can offer is store credit, I said no ma'am, where is your manager. She stated that she was the shift manager and the man to her right was the store manager, I said yes I would like to speak with him. Long story short, the STORE manager was able to help me out and complete the return successfully with the money back on my original form of payment. read more

Somehow, for the time being, this has become my go to pharmacy. I'm not the biggest fan of Walgreens overall, and I am sure you will figure out why by the end of this review. Recently I have had to have prescriptions filled and still not familiar with the area I just go with what is close. I'm usually a CVS person, but they are kind of spread out down here and not in the best areas for parking. So to here is where I have been going. It's like this is an after thought when it came to store planning. Almost an endcap for the strip mall that it sits in, it really just doesn't feel like an appropriate pharmacy. My first few visits here I had no problem with filling a prescription. And with my insurance I was happy with the pricing. They were usually timely with filling the prescriptions and I would just come and go fairly quickly. However, recently I have had some missteps here. Making me think I should go elsewhere to have the upcoming prescriptions filled. I recently had a slew of prescriptions needed to be filled. I had them in hand and dropped them all off. I had errands to do and was going to return later when I was finished and past the time they said they would have them all filled by. Upon arriving at the later time, some of my prescriptions were still not filled. It was a bit out of their control as what was prescribed was not what they had on hand and instead of ordering it for arrival the next day they wanted to go the route of having the prescribing doctor to change the prescription. I gave them a day and returned. They still hadn't filled it and told me to wait some more. I declined and took the prescription to another pharmacy, a CVS, and was able to get it filled by the next day. Again, I came here to pick up an item and they were completely out and no one was around to stock the shelves. Don't bother with this pharmacy if you want to get your prescription within 24 hours. Between the long lines they cannot even fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I had an antibiotic and steroid put in from my Dr in the am and at 3pm they were still not done. Was told it would be another 2 hours. Absolutely insane. Went back in 3 hours later and they still were not done and told I need to wait 20-30 minutes. read more

Overall I love the Pharmacy and the Pharmacists. But for an extremely unpleasant and costly problem with them I'd give them 5 Stars. I highly recommend them over the average Maryland pharmacy. read more

Tried getting syringes my online doctor told me to get for my semaglutide injections. According to Google, Walgreens participates in the clean syringe initiative/disease prevention so you do not need a prescription for them. The pharmacist tried to humiliate me in front of everyone and would not sell me syringes. She said they didn't carry the size I requested. I asked for something close and she tried to tell me to get it from my insulin provider. I told her it's for Ozempic. She said syringes aren't used for Ozempic. She was challenging me trying to insinuate I'm using the syringes for something sinister. I am on 1mg of semaglutide which equals to 40 units in a syringe, I didn't feel like arguing with her so I just walked out. The law does not require a prescription for syringes. This pharmacy does not care about preventing the spread of diseases such as HIV/ hepatitis and so much more. I can only imagine what someone would go through who really needs them or may have to use a dirty one. Very sad. It's 2024 people. Beware of this pharmacy. read more

This place used to be Rite aid . Very surprised to see Walgreens here but I'm glad. So I went not too long ago. Very good. Well stocked, positive experience overall. The customer service is great, was able to use my card and points with no problem. Shared large parking lot. read more

They don't answer the phone. They don't sell insulin needles to those who need them, but don't have a Rx for them. I use 1/2" insulin needles for my B12 shots. They were always available behind the counter but now they won't sell to me. Horrible horrible service. They sell needles behind counter as a LAW yet not to me for legit needs. read more

I Like this place . But the guy that was working there today with the with earring needs to learn to open his mouth an talk when someone says hey how are you . Didn't say one word until I had to shout have a nice day. He looked down the whole time too. He needs to stock shelves and interact with customers. Other than that everyone else in the store is great an always says hi and have a nice day. read more
