I had been all over the place to locate an item I use daily. Every single spot I had stopped at was out of it, or didn't even carry it. I even tried Amazon and had the package stolen twice. Who knew Clearasil was such a hot commodity. I was about to give up and change my skincare routine, until I stopped here. I will say, I have bypassed this location so many times because of how sketchy it looks from outside. I mean, it's a place, that if it were more pedestrian friendly, would give you the notion that it was an easy place to rob or steal from. It is so odd looking, a suburban, mall adjacent CVS with a parking lot lower than the store and you have to take stares or walk halfway down the store to use the ramp. I knew coming here I was probably not going to find the item. And if I did, it was going to be more expensive than competitors since it is technically a pharmacy. One of those two things were true, and my wallet can tell you which one. Yes, finally had the item, but definitely spent almost twice as much for it. Before heading to the register I did a once over to see if there was anything else that I wanted to grab. There was, with my hand full I finally made my way to the front. What a mess this is here. With the combination of customers not knowing what to do, not enough employees in the store working, and those employees that are in the store are way overworked to the point they can't focus on the register because they are putting out customer fires. To say that checking out was a nightmare would be an understatement. With customer's not being able to read signs, people wanting to use cash or get cash back had both the self serve registers messed up. The sole employee trying to be customers cashed out would have to run from his post at the register to the self serve registers to have those customers come to the register to solve their problems. That line went as fast as prolonged street light. Lord, watching the sole employee juggle the chaos was amazing. That man needs a raise, but we know CVS won't do that. I finally got to a self serve register, no help needed because I read the sign first. Rang out and was finally out the door, down the steps, and back in my vehicle. read more

The worker had a nasty attitude and didn't help me with my order after I got an email saying it was ready for pick up. He didn't tell me when my order was going to be ready and told me to call the store to find out and I was standing right in the store..... read more

I've been here a handful of times over the years. It's basic. You can usually get what you need from most CVSs but this one appears more run down. Their photo kiosks aren't working. The printing works but it all needs to be done online away from the store. The workers seem okay. Not rude but like they are just there and can't wait until their shift is over. I come here when I don't have other options. Not much appeal to this place. read more

This location is a little smaller than most, so the isles are a bit tight. Not a good place if you have small children because they'll touch everything! No matter what CVS will always be my go to. They have great coupons that you can actually use. They mimic your purchases. I suggest setting up your coupons to go directly on your card so you don't miss out on deals and they'll be taken immediately off at the register. Chi-Ching!!! read more

If i could give 0 stars i would. The older black lady that works here is the rudest most lazy pos on earth. I came here to deposit cash using my chime app and all she had to do was scan the barcode on my phone. She got a attitude when i asked to deposit money and she said that i have to wait for her coworker to get back from lunch to scan the barcode even though she was standing right in front of the computer and was the only worker there working the register. I asked how long until her coworker gets back and she said a hour... She really expected me to stand around for a hour just to deposit money cause her lazy ass couldn't click 2 buttons? She needs to be fired. I'll never step foot in this establishment ever again band if i ever see that lady out and about i'm cussing her out. read more

This CVS location has been around for many years. I remember coming here since my college days so that's awhile (trust me). The store itself is not big but it has the basics. Some items here tend to be pricier than other drug stores so shop around or use coupons. During my most recent visit, I found the service ok and the guy who rang me up was friendly. I think it's disadvantageous that there is no self check-out and there were only about 2 cashiers working so it was a bit slow. read more

I've experienced better CVS's which is odd because they're usually very uniform. This one seemed disorganized and the shelves seemed understocked. It took me a few tries up and down the aisles to find what I needed. The queue to pay moved slowly, too. read more

I went to this CVS yesterday to pick up some things to soothe my cold, but mainly to use a 30% my entire purchase coupon that I got in the mail a few days earlier. I'm a college student and money is always tight, so that coupon was a blessing. I pick up all my stuff (and a little extra) and try to check out at the self-checkout station, but it keeps saying "coupon not accepted" or something. The staff at the register, Che, overheard and said he would be over to help. Che tried everything and anything to try and get the coupon to work. I certainly didn't understand why it wasn't working, but he didn't either. And yet, Che went above and beyond trying to get me the discount. I didn't want to cause too much trouble and kept saying "it's no biggie if it doesn't work," but Che insisted that he help me get my ~$13 off my purchase. He tried everything and eventually made something work. I was so grateful. Like I said, money is a big worry of mine as a college student and even that 30% discount helped me immensely. I was so impressed by Che's helpfulness and kindness. He really made my day. :) Other than this experience, the store is nicely-kept and nicely laid out. A lot of makeup products are out of stock pretty often, but back orders happen. There's always another brand selling something similar to what I want. Prices can be very high too (like $4.60 for a loofah??) but the coupons and deals that come with the extra care card make it worth it. Thank you, Che. :) read more

The pharmacist at this CVS asked me the gender of the doctor that wrote my prescription.. A lady was venting and yelling at the pharmacy checkout. Someone in the pharmacist drive though was yelling. Service has degraded here. Go elsewhere if you want good services. read more

Why is there a 15 minute wait with no line? Why is there always a wait no matter when your prescription is sent or how much time you give them from doctors order to pharmacy. There's just always a wait and always a phone being left ringing off the hook. This pharmacy needs an overhaul. read more

Came to use money gram and a after going to the kiosk I wa told they don't give out money from money gram .. only reviving . I explained that I just confirmed my transaction. He said yeah no we don't do that you can go somewhere else. Didn't offer a money gram money order or help . I've got cash from cvs before so asked if this was a new policy he said yes. I asked to speak to a manager Jennifer and she spoke with the associate came over and said the same thing and never offered additional help and just walked off rudely.. done with cvs and with money gram. read more

Don't go here if you can (ESPECIALLY their pharmacy)! It took me a year to realize that after they screwed up Internet prescription refill requests, "lost" my Rx during pick up, lost my name on their computer, and just plain forgot to give me my Rx I gave up. And it's not just one particular person - it's most everyone there who works the afternoon shift. And I swear one of the technicians who answers the drive-thru window looks like this one janitor in my building..... If you really need a CVS in the area, go to the one down the road on Greenbelt and Hanover Parkway by Safeway. The Pharmacy service can be on the slow side, but at least the staff is knowledgeable and the service runs smoothly. read more

The worst customer service you have ever imagine. 1) Bought a CVS baby thermometer, which never worked. Each time it will give me different results (Range from 95 - 120 F) CVS products are the worst product in the entire world. 2) When it comes to returning policy, CVS has the most ridiculous return policy compare to other competitors. For return a piece of crap, you need to have the original box; Please take a look at this dangerous box. Extremely easy to cut your fingers. Keep it away from your children. And the CVS manager said you have to keep the finger cutter box to return it. even its within 30 days and you have the original receipt. 3) Worst manager: First the manager told me you can buy and return all the CVS cookies even you eat some of them with the full refund, if you have the box, you can return it, then he said you will get trouble for doing that. Which means if any school or family order cookies from CVS and if all the cookie went bad before you open it and you want to return all the those. 1) you need to have all the original box; 2) you might get trouble by return all the cookie. 3) No wonder the CVS stock is down 50% since 2015, worst company, worst products, worst customer experiences. read more

Come here only if you have extra 30 minutes to spare. On the rare occasion I have to stop by CVS in a suit, I expect it to be a quick visit. Suits have that benefit of giving you an odd sense of urgency like somehow your minutes are worth more. This was not the case on the two consecutive nights I couldn't be bothered with driving down to Target. This location is severely understaffed-- there was a line that stretched half the understocked shampoo aisle. I applaud the friendly cashier gal who is a master multi-tasker-- she greeted people coming through the door and ringing people up while studying her history textbook in between. I loafed and picked a cocoa butter lip balm and had to stand in this line AGAIN because I meant to try the Blistex ultra rich hydration lip balm. What the mark up! This item sells for $4.24 here when it's $2.50 for most online retailers. This section was also understocked and lacked good alternatives such as Neutrogena Norwegian formula lip moisturizer. The insane lines happen AGAIN the following day. I can understand the prescription drop-off line being slow, but the pharmacy cash registers and the ones up front again had super long lines! Like a self-important corporate asshole I'm grooming to never become, I wondered why there was no one else around to open up another register to alleviate the lines. I NEED TO GO LISTEN TO THAT STUDLY BILL McDERMOTT SHARE HIS SUCCESS STORY! IT'S 5:15 AND I HAVE TO BE SITTING DOWN IN VAN MUNCHING BY 5:30! Phew, everything worked itself out. Slow, unreliable and unfriendly. Last week I called to find out if I had any refills left on a certain script and was told no. The following day, I received an automated call from the same CVS stating I had a refill ready for pick up (it was for the script I had called about the previous day). Then today, I called to ask a question and when answered, the female rep that answered said "there are 3 calls ahead of me and would I hold?" Rather than waiting for my response, she immediately put me on hold. In my opinion, she needs a class in phone etiquette as well as showing a small bit of "friendly" patience and using a friendly tone in her voice as well. They had a young lady there that was pretty responsive but now their pharmacy department is not well staffed and they don't pick up their phones and then they do, they put you on hold for 20+ minutes. This is no way to run a business. They need to better management. read more

This is the second time I've left this pharmacy in tears. They absolutely NEVER have the prescription I need and twice they have sent me to another CVS because they said it was being filled there, however when I arrive, the second CVS tells me the first one had my meds. I went back and they DID! The man never even looked. I hate this place! read more

Worst pharmacy ever! If you actually want your prescription DON'T go there! The Dr. called it in and they told the Dr. it would be ready in 40 minutes. I went there about an hour after it was supposed to be ready and I waited for over a half hour and finally got to the counter. After all that, i never even got the prescription-they said they never received it. read more
