I'm not around this area often but it seems like many other CVSs or Walgreens a little further north close at 7. Found this place for photos and was happy I could get a bunch done and pick them up before they closed at 11. The only downside is I asked and confirmed with the worker, Antonio, if they call to let you know the 1 hour photos are done. After 2 1/2 hours, I just showed up hoping they were done. They were and that was great. Just wasn't a fan that there isn't any type of communication like an email, phone call, or text notifying you because I would have liked to have picked them up closer to the first hour mark. read more

The Cashier/Manager was extremely helpful. The store wasn't packed but it was enough people!. Most everything is locked up so you have to go get someone. Got some Tide and other basics! For the house. Vicki was so very kind even when she was busy ! She said give her a moment then came right over to assist!. While the pharmacy is usually very busy, I find the empoyees to be courteous and friendly. I was surprised to find that they close for an hour for lunch for the pharmacy employees, but I can't argue with that. This is the WORST CVS I have ever experienced in my life. I love their close proximity to my house. But whether you are at the pharmacy or just coming by to pick up something, there is ALWAYS a line and the line always moves slow. Their drive through pharmacy sounds convenient. But you can easily spend 30 minutes waiting in the drive through line to pick up your prescription. As much as I love the thought of driving down the street to pick up my prescription or anything else, I'm going to change my pharmacist to the CVS a little further down on Greenbelt road. Once again I'm complaining about the CVS pharmacy in Greenbelt Maryland I have never seen so many unprofessional lazy employees in my life. I went to have a prescription refilled and they told me the price was $24.99 I told them that's not correct I just got the information from them to be sent to South Carolina and it was $10 I come back to my greenbelt area to have it refilled again in May 24.99 I said that's not right he told me to call Blue shield Blue Cross maybe they changed it. After calling my health provider and my diabetic medication provider they said CVS never process the code. I have the same problem with this CVS pharmacy continuously with my prescriptions and my mother's they're too lazy to look in the computer and get the code. I had to come into town to have a procedure done(I live out of state). my doctor called the prescription in Friday 12:32pm confirmed the address of CVS and that it could be done by 6pm. When my friend went to pick up the medicine same day 7pm. They said they had no record of a prescription being called in. Mind you, I was in the room when the nurse assistant talk to the pharmacy earlier that day. They continued to say they didn't have a prescription tho I also had a text stating the prescription was ready. I called today(two days later) and they "now mysteriously" say they have it and it's ready. Note: I have to get it transferred to another state. I had to write to corporate about the horrible customer service at this pharmacy. I just left the store after inquiring about a prescription sent to them on Sunday, 8/13. The app showed it as "Processing", which is weird since it's two days later. I called and learned they didn't have the prescription in stock. I called the provider who suggested I ask if they can transfer or order it. I called back around 12:30 pm where I was greeted by a rude pharmacy representative who seemed irritated at the question about transferring the prescription. The other CVS location had better customer service but they didn't have the medication. I go back to this location at 8:30 PM only to be greeted by this disrespectful and despicable pharmacy representative. She acted as if I was interrupting her work as she was filling orders as she asked questions. I explained the situation, she asked if I wanted her to order it, which I said yes. She then proceeded to leave me standing there, continuing her work then told a coworker that a line is forming and had her address the situation. That's when I learned the prescription was deleted from the system with no notification. Between the poor communication about my prescription and the two horrible acting customer service representatives, I think I need to pull my prescriptions and go to Walgreens or Giant. If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. This store has got to have the most inept staff that I have ever had to deal with. The pharmacist is rude. Every time I call this store, I have to call multiple times and I am put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes before somebody picks up and then I am promptly disconnected. This store must be woefully understaffed. It has taken over two weeks to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy, and I am still not done with this process. The one medication that they said that they could not transfer was the only medication that was transferred, as it was a scheduled/controlled medication. This is a pretty cool CVS. They usually have what I am looking for and the location is pretty convenient. The only thing is that the parking situation is a little cramped. B/C of the location of the CVS and how everything surrounds it, the parking lot makes you drive "one-way" in some parts of it and it can be a bit annoying, but overall this is a cool CVS. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. It most definitely does not deserve even one star. Staff is very rude. You are waiting in line from 1-2.5 hours even though you have received a text message saying your script is ready and you have al of 3 people in front of you. Half the time you'll get a text saying your script is ready but once you get there it's not there. I truly came here because it is a 24hr CVS pharmacy. HOWEVER come to my surprise it is no longer a 24hr CVS pharmacy. It is continued to be advertised as a 24hr CVS pharmacy but now closes at 10pm on the dot. No letter sent to patients at all. I went on three different occasions in the past week to get my medication. On two I waited inside for almost 2.5 hrs each time with the line going no where. I could not stay any longer and left with out even getting to the counter. And just recently waiting 1.5hrs in the drive through with all of 2 cars ahead of me just to be told they are closed at 10pm. It was 10:14pm and the person in front of me who reached the window around 10:05pm was still taken care of. To make matters worse i sat in the parking lot trying to figure out what to do when I see a car go to the window and get served at 10:38pm. This place is a joke. read more

All of the meds in this pharmacy couldn't prevent you from wanting to commit suicide while you wait in the tirelessly long line watching while the pharm tech searches through the most unorganized pile of medication you've ever seen in your life. Whoever is working seriously takes at least 8-12 minutes to find the right script because management isn't a thing here. Yelp.com needs to update the site giving users an option to leave zero stars. I give this place one star but it clearly doesn't even deserve that. The customer service experience here is deplorable. The staff is blatantly rude and incompetent in both the pharmacy and the store. Today I came here for both my prescription and some store items. I got a text from CVS saying my prescription was ready and had been filled. So I drive all the way over here just to be told that they needed 15 minutes to fill the prescription. In my mind I was like "HUH???" The text said the prescription was filled and ready for pickup. So I went to shop in the rest of the store and noticed the shelves are desperately under-stocked. Very frustrating. I was only able to get half of the things that I needed. When I went to pay there is no cashier in sight. I and six other customers were wondering where the hell is the staff. If we really wanted too... we could've straight up WALKED OUT THE STORE with the items! I'm serious. There was no staff there to stop us from doing just that. It was pitiful. Finally, a Black bald headed guy with an attitude came from out the office and was forcefully telling us we should've pushed this unnoticeable red button for service. WHAT A RUDE SON OF A B----! Everyone was giving him a piece of their minds. Everyone was pissed with his attitude. Anyway, I paid for the items and walked back to the pharmacy. It had been 27 minutes at this point. The prescription still wasn't ready and they told me to come back tomorrow! Oh, hell nah. I'm done with this CVS, man. Waited in drive thru line for 30 min Got to the counter and was told the prescription was not called in. The girl at the window was sweet and kind, and even double checked and was told it was not filled (the only reason it's getting any stars at all) So I left and called my doctor who was livid because she had personally called it in! I returned and waited another 30 min to get to the window. The girl apologized profusely and said the pharmacist found it on the answering machine-wtf?!!! This CVS has exactly one redeeming quality: it's open 24/7. Otherwise, the lines are long, the service is terrible, and the mistakes keep racking up. The last straw for me, the one that's making me one-star them, is they actually lost a prescription - one on paper that I physically handed to the pharmacist - and made me contact my doctor to beg for a replacement. Absolutely despise going to this CVS. The lines for both merchandise and pharmacy are always long. The pharmacy has 6 people working behind the counter but will not help more than one person at a time. Besides the service, I have 4 times attempted to purchase medication that is kept behind the pharmacy counter and they have yet to have in stock what I have asked for despite having a card for the item out on the shelves. Our attempts to use the pharmacy have been similarly annoying. Attempting to use the CVS website was unsuccessful with us being told to call in our order and pick it up later. The one person helping customers has also spent long periods of time searching the multiple locations that filled prescriptions are placed before finally locating it. If you can do anything to avoid this place it would be well worth your time and sanity. read more

Terrible customer service. I went in to get my picture taken for a passport application. This was for an Indian Passport. The CVS woman did not care to listen to me or review the requirements (similar to US passports). She was utterly disinterested and did not take pictures with clarity (imp. for PP pics). I asked her to print 2 copies and paid up while indicating that I need more copies. Upon reviewing and deciding that I could appear less dull, I asked her to take another shot. Instead of obliging, she said it was the last shot she was taking - as though she was some kinda professional photographer with shoots waiting on her. I was disgusted by her demeanor and utter lack of customer service and walked out of the store. Makes me wonder if CVS even has a selection & training process for its store associates! Had a prescription to pick up. I received a call earlier in the day that I needed to bring in an insurance card to drop off to update information. No problem. I wait in a long line at drop off only to be rudely told that I should be in pickup. So I wait in another long line, and then am told by pickup that I must have drop off take my insurance information. So I wait in a long line at drop off yet again and they get my information inserted. I go back to pick up and wait in another long line and then they tell me that it's not ready. This pharmacy is the closest 24 hour pharmacy so We didn't have much choice in the matter. We pull up to the drive through around 12:30am and the pharmacist has the worst attitude ever. Look sir I understand the graveyard shift sucks but it's not my fault! So he seemingly puts the prescription in and tells us it'll be an hour... an hour?! There's no one here but us! To their credit, there are two or three staff who are pleasant, helpful, and informed. However, in spite of these poor souls, this location is horrible. AT ALL COSTS AVOID THE DRIVE THRU. At first I thought it was a fluke. It was not. After over an hour in line, trying to collect an Rx that was READY FOR PICKUP, they couldn't find it and asked me to come back.
