Crazy weird CVS. I arrived to use their "UPS Access Point" so I could return a package. The doors…read morefacing their parking lot were locked (it was 9am...well after their 7am opening time). A sign on the doors stated they are locked between 6pm-10pm. Hmmm. So I walked around the building to the street side of the store and went in. There was not an employee in sight. Another customer, in a wheelchair, was in the middle of the store yelling "hello, hello, CVS people... is anyone here?!" Finally a dude in a CVS tshirt arrived to help her. But he told me he didn't know how to operate the UPS Access Point system so he wouldn't be able to help me. I asked if someone else was on staff who could assist. He called another employee, who came from wherever-the-employees-hang-out to assist me. The whole situation was really odd. But I got my package checked in so yay. Btw the store is very well stocked. Probably because there's nobody there to ring up your purchases!

Students who live closer to this side of College Park have an option. I was able to find what I needed. I only saw one employee in the entire store and he was on his phone. Luckily, there is self-checkout and I didn't actually need help with anything. I wouldn't go out of my way to necessarily come to this location again.

Somehow, for the time being, this has become my go to pharmacy. I'm not the biggest fan of…read moreWalgreens overall, and I am sure you will figure out why by the end of this review. Recently I have had to have prescriptions filled and still not familiar with the area I just go with what is close. I'm usually a CVS person, but they are kind of spread out down here and not in the best areas for parking. So to here is where I have been going. It's like this is an after thought when it came to store planning. Almost an endcap for the strip mall that it sits in, it really just doesn't feel like an appropriate pharmacy. My first few visits here I had no problem with filling a prescription. And with my insurance I was happy with the pricing. They were usually timely with filling the prescriptions and I would just come and go fairly quickly. However, recently I have had some missteps here. Making me think I should go elsewhere to have the upcoming prescriptions filled. I recently had a slew of prescriptions needed to be filled. I had them in hand and dropped them all off. I had errands to do and was going to return later when I was finished and past the time they said they would have them all filled by. Upon arriving at the later time, some of my prescriptions were still not filled. It was a bit out of their control as what was prescribed was not what they had on hand and instead of ordering it for arrival the next day they wanted to go the route of having the prescribing doctor to change the prescription. I gave them a day and returned. They still hadn't filled it and told me to wait some more. I declined and took the prescription to another pharmacy, a CVS, and was able to get it filled by the next day. Again, I came here to pick up an item and they were completely out and no one was around to stock the shelves. It feels rundown in here and given the right circumstances will run you down too.

I LOVE this CVS Drugstore ! The manager and store manager and all the people that work there are…read moreso nice . It's one store that you go into and you know , they're really happy to be working and happy to have their jobs! I go in there basically for my snacks. Now 1 time I went in there and there was an item I particularly went in to get, i thought it was on sale, but it wasn't, and I talked to the manager, and he knew that I had particularly come in that day to get that item.So he took the $2 off of it. ALL the workers are always kind and respectful people and always happy to HELP U! WE ALL KNOW MOVE STORES "R NOT LIKE THAT TODAY". GOODLUCK FINDING SOMEONE TO HELP U FIND WHAT U R LOOKING FOR . EXTREMELY NICE PEOPLE ! THIS IS THE KIND OF PLACE U R HAPPY TO WRITE A REVIEW FOR ! HOPE THAT STORE IS THERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME ,FOR I GO IN THERE ONCE A WK. Gina Edgington

I had been all over the place to locate an item I use daily. Every single spot I had stopped at was…read moreout of it, or didn't even carry it. I even tried Amazon and had the package stolen twice. Who knew Clearasil was such a hot commodity. I was about to give up and change my skincare routine, until I stopped here. I will say, I have bypassed this location so many times because of how sketchy it looks from outside. I mean, it's a place, that if it were more pedestrian friendly, would give you the notion that it was an easy place to rob or steal from. It is so odd looking, a suburban, mall adjacent CVS with a parking lot lower than the store and you have to take stares or walk halfway down the store to use the ramp. I knew coming here I was probably not going to find the item. And if I did, it was going to be more expensive than competitors since it is technically a pharmacy. One of those two things were true, and my wallet can tell you which one. Yes, finally had the item, but definitely spent almost twice as much for it. Before heading to the register I did a once over to see if there was anything else that I wanted to grab. There was, with my hand full I finally made my way to the front. What a mess this is here. With the combination of customers not knowing what to do, not enough employees in the store working, and those employees that are in the store are way overworked to the point they can't focus on the register because they are putting out customer fires. To say that checking out was a nightmare would be an understatement. With customer's not being able to read signs, people wanting to use cash or get cash back had both the self serve registers messed up. The sole employee trying to be customers cashed out would have to run from his post at the register to the self serve registers to have those customers come to the register to solve their problems. That line went as fast as prolonged street light. Lord, watching the sole employee juggle the chaos was amazing. That man needs a raise, but we know CVS won't do that. I finally got to a self serve register, no help needed because I read the sign first. Rang out and was finally out the door, down the steps, and back in my vehicle.

This CVS location is open 24 hours and have plenty of parking in the lot! So convenient!…read more I came by to grab some beverages. Went straight to the back side and saw a variety of sodas and juices. I wanted to stock up on Coca-Cola, but the store had so many options (amazing) that I couldn't choose, so I brought several options up to the front counter. Since I was only in town for a week, I wanted to stock the fridge, but not overdo it. Artie, the cashier was so helpful and sweet. He checked what specials CVS currently had and even tried to upsell me to buy two 12 packs and get a 3rd box free. Lol. Artie was a good salesman, but I had to decline and only got the 12 pack of Coke. He made the visit to CVS very pleasant and was extremely accommodating. I'll definitely recommend stopping by this CVS location for your snacks, convenient store, drugstore needs, etc.

I knew there was a reason as to why I avoided this location until now. The only reason I came here…read morewhile it was downpouring was that it was open 24 hours and hopefully would have the items that I needed. The main reason that I try to avoid this location is simple for that, the location. It's in the midst of the university and they require you to pay in the parking lot, unless you wanted to chance it and run in with hopes that you won't get caught. I chanced it on this day, since it was downpouring. We ran inside and looked for what we needed. It took a moment to find what we needed and then we had to wait in the line to checkout. That took forever as they had the registers set to minimum. Ran out of the store to get back into my vehicle to figure out how to get out of the parking lot. Unless you go to U of M, I would suggest avoiding this location at all costs and go up the road in any direction.

I got a text saying my appointment was canceled. I let them know I was going to CVS. Suddenly the first not-a-pharmacist was ready to give me the vaccinations.
