Made simple reservation online that took less than five minutes. Drove 30 minutes to location to pull in drive through for COVID testing. This is now where it all went down hill, The drive thru is not situated to accommodate more than two cars ( see picture) as it is situated between two strip malls and an alley. While waiting, a huge Mac truck pulls up and all of the cars behind me had to pull out and come back around do the truck could pull into back for delivery. Now let's get to the worst part of it all, we pulled up to our appointment at confirmed time slot of 9:45 a.m. As you can see from the pic we didn't obtain the kit till 10:59 am ..that's over an hour wait in the drive thru. Outside of that, we did receive an email right away asking how was our experience needless to say I will be completing the survey. There has to be a better way! read more

The lady at the window spent 25 minutes checking me in for a covid vaccine. I am not kidding, it actually took 25 minutes! Not to mention waiting in line for 15 minutes. I had an appointment, I don't have any medical history, and I have one of the major insurances. I can't believe I was standing in front of her for 25 minutes. Unfortunately, this is the slowest Walgreens that I've ever visited. The prescription pick-up line is the same line as the COVID vaccine line, which causes a pretty big slowdown. I also had to give up on trying to get some basic products that are kept locked behind those anti-shoplifting plastic protectors, since the alert buttons are all broken and the only staff visible are at the counter checking out extremely long lines. Two stars for their convenient hours, but I will definitely try to avoid this location if at all possible. Maybe this store is understaffed right now? Hope I can update this review with something more positive if I do come back again. read more

Save yourself the frustration and waste of time. Workforce is beyond incompetent. Pharmacists are particularly rude.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They ask you to call them and then no one answers the phone. If you by some luck get someone who answers your phone, they hang up on you. Minimum 3 hours to get accomplished at this pharmacy. Don't go here. You'll just deal with exceptionally rude pharmacy staff for 5x the amount of time you'd spend at any other pharmacy. read more

This place is so-so. One star goes to the online photo convenience. I wanted to take advantage of an online sale with pictures that ended today. The online Walgreens is separate from the store. Bring proof of any sale or confirmation number. It is even useful to have the online customer service number handy, in case you need to call from the store. I love the pharmacists here. They are patient and informative. I wish the pharmacy staff could train everyone else. It is challenging to find help. Some sales are decent. I spent more time researching online than in the store. Parking is convenient. Lock your car and keep an eye on your purse! read more

This is the only Walgreens that doesn't have their act together with regards to Covid vaccines. There's a line out the door and it takes 30+ minutes to check in. Every other Walgreens moves fast and efficient. read more

This store should be embarassed at their covid vaccine section. They made us wait 20 minutes, had us fill out their forms, and then told us they were not accepting walk-ins. There were 8 people behind the glass and one other customer. I worked on getting my daughter and grandson to get vaccinated for 3 weeks and now they won't go again. They must all be Republicans. read more

I love a good drugstore. This is an EXCELLENT one. I love Walgreens! Well stocked shelves. Great variety of products. Store card gives you discounts. Staff is very helpful ( when they are not totally engulfed in conversations amongst themselves ). If this store had more than 7 parking spaces and I didn't have to drive thru the barrio to get here, I would give it 5 stars and come here more often because I'm a fan. read more

cashiers are way to young and they give you an attitude. I was with my boyfriend and a friend .cashier refuse to sell my boyfriend vapor cigarettes (or show it to him) because i refuse to show him my ID( my boyfriend had already shown him his ID) . Iwasnt the one buying it and he didnt even ask my other friend apparently because iwas closer to my boyfriend so ihad to show my ID to him? I admit that I stopped by this Takoma Park Maryland Walgreen's earlier to get a few drinks that were on sale. A 23 ounce can of Arizona Ice tea for my husband. I also got some Argo Hibiscus Sangria teas 13.5 ounce bottles that were on sale 2 for 4 dollars and 2 glacier cherry gatorade 28 ounce bottles 2 for 3 dollars. The cashier handling my order was quick in scanning my items and fortunately the security guard I interacted with for a question I had was friendly. read more

This is a solid 3 star, almost 4 star review. The store is sparse. I mean they carry nothing. I've been to Walgreens of the same size that really use their floor space well. This place carries hardly anything. The pharmacy is good which is why I go. My rating is directed to the actual pharmacist. They are awesome. There helpers... Not so much. read more

I suggest that you rethink about whether you go to this crappy place. I recently bought some grocery that each and every one of them was passed their expiration date. I am sure that you neither want to eat nor would like to drink something that is totally rotten. As far as I am concerned, no chance in hell I am gonna go to this low rated rather unprofessional place. I would like to point out that I gave them a call regarding my issue and they responded with the following " all of the other products that I did not buy, which are the same kind of items that I bought and that are on display and in their fridges, are all passed the expiration date!!! ". To me, that was shocking and totally stunning. This used to be a 5-star pharmacy: great pharmacy staff, open 24/7. BUT NOW ... Reduced hours, closing at 6pm on weekends. Doesn't open til 9 am. Try getting there before work. It doesn't matter as Not only did they cut the hours but they cut the staff as well so whenever you go there's a line. I feel disrespected -- clearly they feel my time is valueless. And don't get me started on their AWFUL phone system. It's like going back in time, technology wise -- "say yes or no." You say yes. "Say yes or no." You say Yes! "I didn't get that. Let's use the keypad." After a few minutes of this, it puts you in a phone queue for the pharmacy. A few more minutes and you're likely as not to get another recording advising you to call back when the pharmacy is open. But Walgreen central will help you out with directions to the nearest 24-hour Walgreen's -- in Baltimore. A mere 2-hour round trip. I hate to leave such terrific pharmacists but the 24/7 CVS across the street is starting to look not so bad. read more
