I also turned in my resume to see if they give me a chance for a job there someday if given a chance too do so without fear , Judgment, Or Bad Politics or other crap. I hadn't been back there since I was a kid of teen teen years . Ths as my girst return in a very long time. Tis place also has a huge barista area where you puck up yoUr medicines you order 9nkinr or call in by telephone. Or use these QR CODE . I see they still have teur civid shields at the barista area when covid has been over since 2025 . I hope to come here inefay with my family to pick up items I like what I used to as a teen Organic Jams candies cookies and sidas . This is truly an amazing place with good staff there . Its nice to see it still thriving after so many years . What happened during the Covid Pandemic it was unlawful inexcusable unprofessional Reprehensible irresponsible, Disrespectful, Discriminating , And down right wrong in this day and age . Ever since the pandemic we have a chance to prove we are the better men. We have a chance to prove ir again by coming back as Americans and communities again to guve them the business they once agajn deserve to support their hard working staff and more and the business tgat has been nice to all od us . The Kensington Pharmacy has a friendly family and community oriented atmosphere to come too . It as all we could want . Friendly , informative staff and family operated. They have saved me close to a thousand dollars by alerting that my Medicare Part D provider's coinsurance was considerably higher than if I purchase without insurance. For example, a week ago my dermatologist prescribed an antibiotic that had a $440 coinsurance while if I purchased it outside Medicare , the cost would be $48. My husband was in care with a nearby nursing home and Kensington Pharmacy repacked his medications in "blister packs". Two of the three medications were incorrect marked as to prescribing physician and one of the three was incorrectly marked as to time of day it was supposed to be given to him. For this they charged me $36. Not recommended. read more

I happened upon Kensington Pharmacy yesterday in connection with a drug product that was specially prepared by a pharmacy in Leesburg, Va. The product came with instructions how to use it but it was one of the most "user unfriendly" aplicators I have ever encountered. Fortunately my wife had noticed an advertisement in a local newspaper advertising Kensington Pharmacy. She called the Pharmacy and was urged to bring the product to the store for assistance on how to use the product. I was greeted by the manager with a smile who was eager to help me understand how to use the applicator and had a pharmacist assist her to work out my problems. I was very impressed at the immediate attention I received especially given that this product was sold by another pharmacy. Kensington Pharmacy has won a new customer following this experience. It is unusual in this day and age that such personal dedication is still possible. I look forward to visiting Kensington Pharmacy in the future since I know that I will be afforded the service, care and dedication offered by this pharmacy. read more

I went to this local pharmacy with a prescription that my French veterinary (with all headed paper etc...) had written on the day and sms me as my UK vet could not see me. I forwarded the same prescription-email to the pharmacist, Mr Omid. My dog had an allergic reaction and needed urgently help - we are talking prednisolone (3d). The pharmacist said that I needed a prescription from an English vet and that it was not a prescription (!?)...you wonder. Funny fact, I know that they authorize prescriptions from French doctors from France...I guess the law is tougher on animals! Anyway, because of the current situation I cannot have an appointment with my vet, my dog is still in deep pain ...I left and will not go back. read more

This place has been amazing, what a great find. I had a prescription that had to be compounded so I headed to Kensington Pharmacy instead of my usual CVS. When processing the payment for some reason my insurance card wasn't going through so they took the time to call the insurance company until they figured out what was going on for me (twenty minutes before closing no less). They also made photo copies of everything for me so that it was a breeze to submit my payment for reimbursement to my insurance. I've since been in a few times to pick up other items. Any pharmacy that is rockin' Lady Gaga at 9:30 am is pretty great in my book. read more

I have been going to this Pharmacy since I was a kid. I've called my prescription in that I've been on for years and whenever I go they don't have it. I recently called to check on getting a prescription that has become short supply,the gentleman on the phone stated that he didn't know what it was and that Kensington has never carried it (I only got this prescription here for years) I told him I have gotten it there before. He was exceptionally rude as he checked on the availability and mansplained what "unavailable" means to me. So much for trying to spend money at a local/ mom and pop store. read more

Tonight I am told they won't order / get my RX, and there is nothing they can do to help me. I thought that maybe the counter person was wrong and turned to the pharmacist. She shrugged. I mentioned to her that #4 was the choice to speak to a representative and she argued with me about the fact that this wasn't correct because she has used the line several times herself and I was WRONG, she said. I've been a client of Kensington Pharmacy for just under three months, since my mother has been a patient at a nearby assisted living residence. Although it took two visits and three phone calls to the pharmacy to successfully transfer mom's prescriptions, their service has proven to be exactly what we need. They blister pack pills (a requirement of the assisted living residence) and deliver. These two services are fabulous! The owner is patient and thorough. I appreciate HIS attention to detail. When he trains his staff to perform as highly as does he, I'll be back to bump the rating up to 4 stars. read more

I have this pharmacy bc I had a family doc in the same building but he left practice bc of a condition. I kept the pharmacy but Ive had a bad experience here bc they kept giving me a hard time like forgetting my deliveries, making me wait, harassing me Bc when I didn't have a family doc I was here and there and finally found a fam doc and he messed up with him too about my med even tho I paid him whatever his charge. Linked to his other location Pharmasave Lionhead Pharmacy Financial Dr Brampton, pharmacist Utak - he yelled at me yesterday called me names that I went to another pharmacy and why I didn't transfer files. Finally today Nishant the main guy at 18 Kingston pharmacy Brampton said after my last prescription I have on hold there not to come back to his pharmacies. I wasn't going to go anyways bc of their poor insulting behaviour. My advice is to stay away from these people playing with peoples' health. No humanity. What a great place! Quaint and sells a little big of everything. My mom describes this as the pharmacy version of "Cheers". Once you are around there for a while, the employees know your name and our super cordial. Just a great independent place. I am happy it is still in business! I transfered from CVS with their long wait times and because I wanted to support a local phamacy but it has not been a great experience. Prescriptions not ready when promised, doctors not called when promised, web page doesn't work, sometimes they run out of drugs so you're only given a partial refill, and the layout of shop while amusing ( they have items dating back to when pharmacies were called apothecaries) is congested which makes it diffiocult to wait for a prescription. two stars instead of one because the people seem friendly but it may be time for a shake-up. read more

This is a specialty pharmacy that has come to my rescue more than once. They are small, but had stocked exactly what I needed today for a family member's post-surgical wound care. I've been in before for compounded prescriptions and other specialty items that the chain stores will have nothing to do with. I was a customer for several years until one of their pharmacist Mere gave me 7 wrong pills mixed in with my correct pills. Had I taken the 7 wrong pills I would had died. Then the Father & his 2 daughters only wanted to sweep this under the rug & move on. They ganged up on me & called me ungrateful. I was in a state of shock as the family did nothing to Mere. Instead they kicked me out b/c I used a few choice words. Until this incident I was pleased for the most part, except for some of the staff that were not very competent & my orders were usually incorrect, but the Father & his 2 daughters were very kind until this incident. Taking responsibility when you almost kill someone shows what type of people they are. read more
