I am outraged by my experience at this pharmacy today. I urgently needed an insulin refill because my pump failed, and I had no backup insulin at work. Despite clearly explaining that this was a medical emergency, the pharmacist was completely rude and dismissive, and the staff made derogatory comments I could hear, including saying, "there's that girl again." This behavior is completely unprofessional and puts my health and safety at serious risk, causing extreme stress and anxiety. I was unable to get my life-saving medication promptly--something that should never happen at a pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars, best believe I would have. read more

I've used this local pharmacy for several years now and can't say enough good things about their care and service. Once when hubby came home from hospital they pickedup a incorrect dosage of new medicine and had it all straightened out before I got there. When I was dealing with elderly aunt at home they delivered her medicine and changed it liquid to make it easier without me asking. Image my surprise going to the door allowing me to stay with her and not run up the street. The family gets our flu shots their to save on Dr visits. This pharmacy is horrible , they do not deliver your medicine like they say . I have only asked for medication to be delivered twice and today being the second time they never showed with it . Also they can not seem to be able to get your contact information correct, even after giving my correct information they still use old information. They don't care it seems like all they care about is the money they are getting from sick and elderly people . this will be the last time I go to them read more

Updated review I wanted to use a local pharmacy, and this is only three miles from my house, and they They have only very limited hours, but I figured I could workaround that, and they have the option of delivery. At first, I was pretty happy, and I liked the pharmacist very much. On Thursday at 11:30 am, my internist sent them a prescription. When I still hadn't heard anything by Saturday, I called. They had gotten the prescription, but they hadn't done anything with it. I told them not to bother since I was seeing a specialist on Monday, and wouldn't have this one before I saw him. The specialist sent two prescriptions electronically about 3:00 pm. Monday. I got a message after they had closed on Tuesday that there was a prescription waiting for me. It was neither of those two -- it was a refill for another subscription that I didn't need and hadn't asked for. I was once there in person, and explicitly told the clerk that I did NOT want a seasonal prescription refilled, and when he handed me my order, the one I didn't want was included. I bought it, figuring it wouldn't go bad before I needed it. The prescriptions sent two days earlier weren't even in the computer as having been received. Eventually, the clerk returned with ONE of the prescriptions that I wanted. It's just a tube of ointment -- how long could that have taken to prepare? I was told that the other had to be ordered. So I took what I had, but for this, I probably could have done just as well rush mail- ordering from the pharmacy that the doctor recommended. I finally got the second tube of medication Friday. I wanted to update that with what happened when I finally got there. There was a patient at the counter, so I got in line. Then a second person came to help me, then 1st Customer left. Then 1st customer came running back in to say that she lost something and she was sure it was in the pharmacy. Both employees focused on her for a lengthy discussion. I went to sit down, so one employee remembered I was there and called me back. 1st customer left again. 1st customer returned to say that she had found whatever it was in her car. Both employees focused on her again. My employee began packaging up my order, while listening to 1st customer. I told the employee twice that I had a discount card or that specific medicine. She never heard me. Instead of yelling that I had the card, I decided never to go again. read more

Staff is always pleasant!! i have referred alot of patients to this location they even deliver meds to your home. 5 star for me

They are quick and efficient, will get something for you by the next day if they don't have it at the time, and they stay on top of your refills! They also patiently listen to your concerns and answer your questions without making you feel as if you are being a bother! And they deliver!! Fabulously, quaint local pharmacy with an apothecary feel. Don't go in here expecting a CVS, strictly expect to get your prescription filled quickly and questions answered thoroughly. The first time I walked in, I was looking for pediatric cold medicine and the pharmacist asked me a few questions and helped me pick out the one that fit the symptoms and my child's age the best. The second time i was in, the service was friendly and the prescription was filled in about 5 minutes. Since it is a small pharmacy, not sure as to what and how much they have in stock at any given time, but i love the personal service and and supporting a local store! read more

Very friendly and convenient pharmacy located inside a medical building. They have everything from Rx and OTC meds, snacks and just good passing conversation. The angry woman who posted something about talking in "African" must have hit her head on the heavy glass door leading in because these hard working guys are nothing but kind to ANY and EVERYONE!! EJ is genuinely one of the nicest person I have ever met. He doesn't even act like the owner-working the cash register and helping patients pick out creams and such in the aisles. I had learned about Laurel pharmacy about two years ago from my brother. Knowing that my wife and I were moving to Laurel I placed a call to them. I had told them about our eextensive list of prescriptions that we had to take. I had spent a while talking to a pharmacist. Th pharmaist was very polite patient and informative. We have been with Laurel Pharmacy for over a year now. They have given absolute customer service. On a few occasions, They delivered my prescriptions to my house. The owner of the pharmacy is friendly and is honestly concerned with our health issues and there are many. The other pharmacists and workers are all wonderful. Laurel Pharmacy is by far the best drug store that I have ever delt with. read more

first time filling pres with them they shorted me 20 pills becaause they coulnt get all of them in little bottle they did not tell me second time i called in pres and they told me doctor had to be called and pres ready i go in there and pres not ready and they tell me to wait i wait two hours with no result and get mad and leave i call doctor and they tell me pres faxed two days ago went back and they miraculously find my pres this is the worst buisness i have ever seen comparable to little kid lemonade stand read more
