On the surface it looks like a good CVS because it's 24 hour but once you go inside just about everything is locked up. Toothpaste- locked up. Press the button several times and eventually someone will show up to release your product. Deodorant- locked up. Hair products- locked up. Makeup brushes- locked up. At this point just put the entire store in a giant vending machine where you pay up front and your items are dispensed to you. This is just ridiculous. I go to check out and all of my items are packed heavy in a single paper bag. I ask the cashier for plastic but he says the store doesn't have plastic bags. I think no big deal until I get home and the bag rips with all of my items falling out. read more

I would give this negative stars if possible. Each time, I had to wait an hour for a refill. After waiting, I would be told that they hadn't run it through my insurance and that took them another 30 mins with zero communications. The pharmacist is always on personal calls and does not at all care about the integrity of the pharmacy. The techs are clueless and just wander around holding up prescription bags. They do not acknowledge customers and avoid eye contact. I hope that the CVS regional manager and the corporate see the numerous complaints and reviews on various forums and address those. read more

WHERE IS THE STORE MANAGER! This pharmacy is consistently awfull!! There is a pharmacist that works at night and he is APATHETIC at best! No customer should have to wait at the drive thru window more than two minutes and not be acknowledged!!! The customer ahead of me (who had been waiting at least 15 minutes after I arrived), left without anyone coming to the window!! This is my second time having to deal with this dude. Since I had time tonight, I waited 30 minutes at the window for help after I used the call bell twice. In preparation of an upcoming event where people from across the nation were coming, I wanted to prep myself and get some OTC medications that would combat some bugs that might be tagging along. I had one day to do this as I was nearing the deadline for arrivals. Being in the Laurel area I decided to stop here first in hopes of grabbing everything I needed. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot and saw how many vehicles were there and how hard it was to navigate, I should have headed elsewhere. I didn't follow my gut feeling and went inside. It took me a while to browse the shelves to find the appropriate aisle I needed. I did find one medication on the shelf right away. The others were behind the pharmacy counter. I only found this out after going into the aisle that was packed with people waiting to pick up medications to grab the cards for the items I needed. I diligently stood in that line, waiting my turn. This line moved slower than lava approaching the shoreline. I stood there and noticed that the one pharmacy tech had two registers open to deal with the line of customers. Minding my own business, clinching my jaw, listening to the worsening, under-their-breath, comments from the person behind me, I was finally at the register. I handed over the two cards to the lady to grab from behind the counter and waited. She went to the area where they should have been and shouted from there to me that they didn't have it. I had grabbed the store brand card and asked if they had the name brand. Another shout, no. Then they asked me if I wanted something that wasn't even what I was looking for. I politely declined. When the pharmacy tech approached me she again told me they didn't have it. I know, I was here as well as the twenty other customers. She then told me that I could go next door to their competitor to see if they had it. She joked about how they didn't have it and was making light of the fact that I just stood in this line for about a half hour to not receive what I wanted. Her response was something along the lines of, oh well, not my fault. I then said to her, the least you could do is remove the cards from the shelf so people don't stand here in hopes of fulfilling their need to be told it's not available. Simple, and I wouldn't have wasted my time, nearly an hour at that point in this store. Needless to say. I made my way outside with the one item they did have and headed towards their competitor. read more

Absolutely one of the worst store locations. Very slow and the service is awful. I have severe arthritis, so standing in the line is painful. Trust me, at this location you will have to stand in the line and wait for at least 30-45 minutes. They have only two or three chairs available and they go quickly. Shoutout to our local community heroes! We love the convenience of the the drive thru pharmacy and the 24 hour store! And I'm glad that the have implemented a lunch time for the employees! We put so much time and money into this venue, so happier staff makes for a better experience for everyone. I love the sales, picking up necessities, gifts, and CVS brand savings. I like having my CVS CarePass too! I use my coupons and bonus money all the time. I even order online through my the CVS app and get things shipped straight to my door. Agree with others, CVS in general is not well known for its customer service, but this one has the most incompetent and rude employees of them all. It took forever (and many unanswered phone calls resulting in hours of wasted time) to get my prescriptions transferred from another CVS because they kept screwing up the orders. Once transferred, that is when I truly entered the ninth circle of hell. I first tried going to the store directly. There was a line of 15 people waiting for one pharmacy clerk, and the line was not moving. Of course, it was 1 o'clock on a weekday, and they close at 1:30 pm for lunch, regardless of how many people were standing in line. So I went home and tried to call. The pharmacy WILL NOT answer the phone. Halfway through the usual half-hour wait time, someone picks up the phone and hangs up. I called the store manager, who would not help, and transferred me to the pharmacy while I was asking her not to, only to suffer the same horrific wait. This is unacceptable but also explains why the store employees have no accountability. The only reason I still go there is because my healthcare insurance forces me to use CVS, which is why I am guessing they still have any customers left at all. I will definitely try to change which insurance plan I have during the next open enrollment so I am not held hostage by this sad excuse for a pharmacy. read more

I love that this is a 24 hour CVS but I would recommend that you call to check if they have what you need on the shelf, before taking your prescription there. Communication is not the best. Only one with a drive thru but that's not always open and you don't find out until you're at the window. They used to be awesome! I think COVID changed a lot. This is 1 star ONLY because 0 is not an option. Meds that I need are out of stock, and they do not order them or give any notification. They do not answer the phone. And this time, I've been waiting to get the meds for over a week. I just checked the app, and they canceled both refills, with a message to call if I still need them. If I hadn't needed them, I wouldn't have refilled them. Worse than useless- this pharmacy is harmful, just randomly canceling refills I need. Avoid like the plague. read more

I was able to find what I was looking for and I was able to redeem my coupons, but the line was moving so slow. There were no more than two people ahead of me but yet I was in the line for over 10 minutes. They need to get some self-checkout machines installed or hire additional staff! The pharmacist tech that stay at the front desk is a problem, the manager of the store know this and he say his hands are tied but the technician is creating chaos. Just simple question turns into an argument and he does with every customer that come in for there prescription. I reach out to corporate that it's not comfortable having this man with my medication. I can go to a department store to get a beach towel. I can go to a grocery store to get an energy drink. I can even go to my kitchen and get a glass of water that's pretty much the same as a homeopathic remedy. But there's only ONE place I can get drugs and that's a pharmacy. I was EXTREMELY unhappy last night to NEED antibiotics for an animal bite and drive all the way to this CVS only to be greeted with a shrug and "Sorry, we don't have it." If you don't have room for drugs STOP SELLING OTHER THINGS and MAKE room. Or if you don't have the drug in stock CALL the doctor prescribing and tell him that. And tell him where it CAN be found. I would not recommend using this pharmacy. I had 2 encounters with someone by the name of Ana. Her attitude was most unprofessional. Beyond the fact that she stood in my face arms crossed she proceeded to roll her eyes when I inquired why my prescription wasn't ready when my doctor had called it in at 5 and it was now after 7. She told me that it would be 30 minutes. When I returned after 30 minutes my prescription was still not ready she gave more attitude rolled her eyes a bit more and told me that she would go to prepare my script. The Optical Center employee asked for my glasses, made the necessary adjustments to my glasses, and handed them back to me. I liked the customer service that CVS Optical Center provided. I visited this CVS today and i wanted to check out at the pharmacy, because I had two packages of surgery bandaids and I wanted to ask about COVID testing. However, before I could finish she told me to go check up front because she was too busy to wait on me. The level of customer service cannot be the standard of CVS. I left the store and bought my items at Walgreens. There were three lady's behind the counter and neither of them intervened after hearing her comments. Revieved a text message to call cvs with my new insurance information. spent over a half hour waiting on hold which is a new record it usually takes over an hour. Young lady answered and didn't want to take the information. She said to bring it the next time I picked up a prescription. I asked don't you need the insurance info to price the prescriptions? I was told i would have to wait while they would adjust it when i showed them the new card. told her we might as well just do it over the phone and she told me my information was all wrong and I had to bring it in. getting real tired of these worthless employees at cvs. sad part is nothing is ever done to correct these idiots. sill wish i could go to a different pharmacy. read more

If I could I would give this cvs pharmacy zero stars. The minimum time for someone to pick up your call is 30 mins. This has been an ongoing issue. They never have any medications in stock. Every single time my son needs any medication they are out of stock and they never pick up their phones. They are unprofessional and careless. Went here very early in the morning, in the midst of the COVID pandemic, and 75% of the employees either weren't wearing face masks or had them on under their nose--including pharmacists filling prescriptions behind the pharmacy counter. CVS in Target at Corridor Marketplace - has been going downhill for a while. It used to be great! We finally had to move our prescriptions to another CVS after not only slow service but a particularly rude and incompetent experience about a year ago. Against my better judgement, I scheduled an appointment for my annual flu shot there today (10/11/22) because it was the most convenient time and location. Convenient and scheduled appointment being the operative words. I arrived ten minutes BEFORE my SCHEDULED appointment and stood there for 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Only one person was there for a vaccine - he was there when I arrived and left within minutes. The other two lines - one for drop off and one for pick up - was manned by two employees so there was not a deluge of customers nor was it an extremely busy time. Again, I HAD APPOINTMENT. After finally being "brought over" it took another 15 minutes to prepare the dose, have me sign the acknowledgment (mind you I completed all paperwork online prior to arriving and checked in before even entering the store), and give me the shot. I was there for 40 minutes - something that should have taken 10. I would expect this if I was a walk in. !Absolutely ridiculous. read more
