Despite clearly explaining that this was a medical emergency, the pharmacist was completely rude and dismissive, and the staff made derogatory comments I could hear, including saying, "there's that girl again." This behavior is completely unprofessional and puts my health and safety at serious risk, causing extreme stress and anxiety. I was unable to get my life-saving medication promptly--something that should never happen at a pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars, best believe I would have.

On May 8, 2026, I received a call from Mrs. Armelle checking on my well-being after a recent change in my medication. She explained that she knew I had been taking the medication for about a week and wanted to see how I was doing. During our conversation, I informed her that I was experiencing serious side effects, including dizziness and feeling light-headed. Mrs. Armelle immediately advised me to contact my doctor for further instructions. I am extremely grateful that she took the time to reach out. Her concern and attention to my health may have prevented a much more serious situation. In today's world, this level of kindness, compassion, and dedication to patient care is rare. It meant a great deal to me and reminded me that there are still healthcare professionals who truly care about their patients. We need more pharmacists like Mrs. Armelle. At this point just put the entire store in a giant vending machine where you pay up front and your items are dispensed to you. This is just ridiculous. I go to check out and all of my items are packed heavy in a single paper bag. I ask the cashier for plastic but he says the store doesn't have plastic bags. I think no big deal until I get home and the bag rips with all of my items falling out.

Unlike next door the parking lot wasn't a mess and it wasn't packed inside with a hoard of people at the pharmacy. I walk to the aisle that would have the cards for the items I needed and headed to the pharmacy counter. Unlike next door, there was no one standing here. Maybe that wasn't a good sign, that this pharmacy doesn't get used as much as the one next door. Or maybe it was a blessing since I just dealt with that mess. Anyways, I walk up to the counter, and am ignored for a good five minutes. I could see if there was a line, but I was literally the only person standing there. The pharmacy tech was busy wiping down under the counter. Completely saw me standing there, and proceeded to wipe down under the counter. When he did finish, he finally acknowledged me. I handed him the card and waited for him to grab the medication I needed. He looks at the card, without turning around, and tells me they don't have it. At that point, I would have gave up, but I was like, yeah, no, turn around. If you didn't want to help me, you could have walked away and let someone else handle me. But don't lie straight to my face when I can see the medication on the top shelf, behind you, facing me. When I told him that in fact they did have it, it was like he was wanting me to argue with him. Instead, I just pointed and said it's right there on the top shelf. Simple transaction it would have been, but you wanted to make it harder on the both of us. I'm not even sure what is going on at this point with these pharmacy chains. But I am not surprised that they are wanting to close up stores in their chain.
