The attitude of every single employee in the pharmacy department was absolutely disgusting. THIS pharmacy has beyond exceeded my expectations. They filled my prescription within minutes of my doctor calling it in. I had so many issues with CVS and I lost part of my prescription while on vacation, therefore I could not get it done on time but they did an override after speaking with my doctor. . They even kept the pharmacy open 10-12 minutes past closing to issue for my daughter (who just was released from the hospital) a much needed pain relief medication and antibiotic that cost over 98% less than what the hospital physician prescribed. I had to drive to the hospital as pharmacy closing time approached since phone connection to a physician there was unreliable, and the information Michael gave me (missing diagnostic code) for insurance prescription reject spurred immediate action at the hospital nurse station, ultimately leading to pharmacist Paul's persistent phone interaction with hospital physicians to resolve yet another problem. 5 star service!

Jeremy is one of those people who can't go anywhere without a beverage, so we stopped at CVS to get a Monster... and an orange vanilla coke for me. Both of which were outrageously priced, but that's inflation, I suppose. Many shelves were absolutely bare. I suspect they're removing all the summer stuff and getting ready for Hallow-xmas. It's a basic CVS situation. I only go into those stores when I need a quick beverage. I DO use a CVS pharmacy, but even then we only use the drive-thru. Going inside always seems like such a hassle. We didn't interact with any employees. We used self check-out. It was a fairly painless experience. I appreciate the ramp and the automatic doors. I wish more stores had those.

So it's at least 5 to 10 minutes for each car in front that is doing covid testing. I feel like they should have a separate location or tent for this to not inconvenience customers picking up prescriptions who do not wish or are not able to go inside. On the bright side, Roy (i believe that's his name per the receipt) is super friendly and welcoming every time I drive thru. He always apologizes for the wait even though he doesn't make the rules. This CVS has been understaffed too long. There are always long lines. They do not automatically fill new prescriptions sent from my providers. They missed running a new prescription through my insurance which cost me $80. At the time, I assumed the rx was a brand name and not covered since the other two prescriptions I picked up at the same time had a $0 co-pay. The next time I picked up that same RX that I paid $80 for, it was covered in full and there was nothing I could do to be refunded for the previous prescription. Recently I picked up another Rx that was truly not covered but they showed no interest in checking for the best discounted amounted. I declined the rx and found it Amazon for 1/6 of the cost at CVS.

This is Baltimore and they can't get fresh fish? Everything they sell (except for one thing - the farmed salmon) has been previously frozen and then thawed for sale. The deli counter is terrible. No fresh deli salads like cole slaw, potato salad, etc. The baker is truly abysmal...they don't have freshly baked breads....everything is either Panera or totally stale La Brea breads. The managers there clearly don't give a shit about the place...because I've offered constructive feedback multiple times and they just stare at you blankly. Just terrible.

I mean if you're going to lock everything up, I feel like you should have enough employees to unlock things.
