She was wrong, in fact the only place that physically had the masks in the DMV area that I could find was this location. Of course there are plenty of online vendors but I needed the mask yesterday. I am able to leave work early but the internet says the wharehouse location is open until 7pm. I get there at 5pm when they actually close. The two employees see me in the parking lot and ask why I am there. I tell them my story, the woman remembers I had called earlier. The two agree to reopen the store, we wait for the alarm which has to be reset and they get me the pediatric mask with one to spare, just in case. I am so grateful. I did thank them but wanted to also let others know of the kindness and generocity of spirit they have in their staff. Good job, I will be a returning customer. FYI: I live in Burke, Va (by Fairfax) so this isn't the closest medical supply store, just the best.

I absolutely loved being able to enjoy the city with ease- zipping around the mall and all the museums. The battery lasts ALL DAY! The seat was comfy and the scooter could pick up some good speed. I fit into elevators and tight corners with no problem. Be aware that it is quite heavy and must be broken down into 4 parts to put it in the car. We had to get an XXL uber every time we drove anywhere. But it moves about the city, on all kinds of terrain, so easily. I will definitely be calling Jorge and getting this the next time I visit.

However, when my credit card was charged $115, I requested the invoice and discovered they had added the protection plan anyway. After my email and voicemail regarding the unauthorized charge went completely ignored, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was successfully reimbursed. I am incredibly disappointed by this dishonest behavior and will not be renting from them again.

His clothing was also unprofessional. I informed him that I am highly allergic to marijuana exposure (throat tightening, facial and eye burning), and he confirmed he had smoked before entering my home. Because of this, I asked him to leave for health and safety reasons. He did apologize. I want to be clear that the company itself handled my complaint extremely well. They were apologetic, took the situation seriously, credited my delivery, and promptly sent a second technician who was clean, professional, and respectful. This review reflects a poor hiring or screening decision--not the company's response, which was excellent. I appreciate how quickly they corrected the situation. Furthermore, the hospital bed served its purposes and was delivered within 2 days of ordering.
