The propretor remained cool and calm as he tried to tell this woman he couldn't give her credit because the equipment was damaged. She didn't care, and expected obeisance. In fact, as she left spewing insults, she threw the business' cards all over the floor. So imagine the proprietor was having to deal with this while attempting to make his next sale. He remained calm, professional, and unflustered throughout our transaction, ensuring I had what I need, and offering me the military discount after I used a USAA credit card for the piece. I went back the next day for other items. I was pleased. They don't seem to have what I'd call a "superstore" inventory, but a good selection, and the (apparent) ability to order other things. The two employees see me in the parking lot and ask why I am there. I tell them my story, the woman remembers I had called earlier. The two agree to reopen the store, we wait for the alarm which has to be reset and they get me the pediatric mask with one to spare, just in case. I am so grateful. However, when my credit card was charged $115, I requested the invoice and discovered they had added the protection plan anyway. After my email and voicemail regarding the unauthorized charge went completely ignored, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was successfully reimbursed. I am incredibly disappointed by this dishonest behavior and will not be renting from them again.
