This is the last place to get medical supplies as long as Robert is the Manager his customer service skills are horrible!!! If I did encounter good service from Joseph or another staff member Robert just blow that away with his unprofessional nonchalant uncaring taking customers orders personally as if it is his insurance paying for your medical supplies type of management. They are still using an outdated fax system that works periodically. When the fax is down you will not be notified. Your order process status is never correct or not ordered. It seems the work that Joseph does seems to look bad when Robert starts to micromanage instead of assisting, since it seems Robert thinks he is the only staff that can complete an order which is Robert is a hold up on customers order process by having to be involved in every order.
