I said a loud hello after about a minute to let them know someone was inside and a young lady quickly said hello back and came from the back. I told her I called about 45 minutes prior and she told me that I hadn't spoken to her, the young lady I had spoke to quickly came from the back as I was explaining to her colleague what I needed.
