I recently went to the Micheal's store in Waldorf for curbside pick up. The second time one of my items wasn't in the bag and the employee told me that the app wasn't showing that I had purchased it. I showed her on my phone and wanted to make sure that I wouldn't be charged for it. She told me she didn't think that I would. I wanted to make sure . She tried to help me as best that she could but then told me that she had to go back inside because she was the cashier. She told me that she had spoken to the manager and that he was going to come out and talk to me. The manager came out as soon as she went back in. I think he may have been handling the register while she brought my items to me. He came out and reassured me that I would not be charged and showed me the receipt they gave me that only had 2 of the items on it and told me that's what I received and that's what I would be charged for. They must be understaffed but both employees were patient and tried to assist me without seeming annoyed or agitated. They were both very pleasant and gave me quick and satisfying service.

After leaving, the guy called me and tried to raise the price an extra $40 due to "technical processing" and said the lady didn't know what she was talking about. Also I could get my hats until a few days later. We agreed on a lesser amount. The guy screwed up my lettering on my hat (the letters were touching and not spaced correctly). WTF!!! You know how they say, "The one who gets mad is the one who screwed up. I am going back to Embroidery Factory or Lids. They are cheaper, more professional and know how to provide great customer service. I was willing to trying and work with the guy to correct the issue to possibly have more work done, but obviously he is not willing or worth it. He should have paid me for my hats he screwed up.
