After leaving, the guy called me and tried to raise the price an extra $40 due to "technical processing" and said the lady didn't know what she was talking about. Also I could get my hats until a few days later. We agreed on a lesser amount. The guy screwed up my lettering on my hat (the letters were touching and not spaced correctly). So upon me politely inquiring about the stitching, he cursed me, got upset and told me to just take my stuff and leave his store, stating I was trying to get over on paying him (money I had already paid). WTF!!! You know how they say, "The one who gets mad is the one who screwed up. I am going back to Embroidery Factory or Lids. They are cheaper, more professional and know how to provide great customer service. I was willing to trying and work with the guy to correct the issue to possibly have more work done, but obviously he is not willing or worth it. He should have paid me for my hats he screwed up.
