From foodstuffs to lawn furniture... it's in here. I found Faygo sodas, for example, a couple weeks ago. Two weeks prior to that I found Fanta pina colada. I've since seen it in a couple other stores but it was still a unique find at the time. Good prices to boot. Big Lots is alright by me.

Today I went to look for holiday decor but the shelves were pretty empty. Although the shelves were empty the store was not messy like many other Targets are. I usually experience great customer service at this location. The price of Target items is always a bit questionable in my opinion. I don't think you can really complain though because Target is truly an experience. I can say I swish this location offered more variety like other locations in the Virginia area that seem to offer more high end products. You can always find something you "need" at Target. So no real complaints other than the lines with cashiers are always closed.

It is managed by the Simon Property Group that manages many malls across the country. The mall is home to over 120 stores and has Dick's Sporting Goods, J. C. Penney, Kohl's, Macy's, and Macy's Home Store. as it anchors. I visited this mall on a Thursday night in mid-December and it was. pretty empty. Santa Claus was there though. What stuck out to me the most about the mall was how clean it was. It was very clean and updated. It had a play area for kids and you will find stores such as Yankee Candle, Bath & Body Works, GameStop, Build a Bear, Foot Locker, Journey, Hot Topic, Spencer's, The Children's Place, Pandora, Zales, Finish Line, Claires, Sip and Paint and Victoria's Secret. There is also an AMC movie theater, a selfie museum and post office there too. It should be noted that the Charles County Government plans on opening a Sports and Wellness complex in the old Sears location very soon. The opening date has not been announced yet. In addition to a vistit from Santa the mall hosts the Easter Bunny, Financial Workshop for Children, Animal Shelter Pet Adoptions, Maryland Kids in Safety Seats event, Game nights and hiring events. You will find a fair selection of eateries that feature America's Best Wings, Charley's, Auntie Annes, Sabarro, Ocean Blue Grill, Jeff's Burgers, Haagen-Dazs, Asian Chao and Cinnabon. I will admit that the mall has a well documented history of thefts, and violent acts including shootings and stabbings, but I did not feel unsafe during my visit. In a time when malls are dying, I like this one. It is easily accessible (by car and public transit), has all my favorite mall stores and eateries and is very clean and updated. The time was 8:44 and they close at 9? I told her I just want to try these on so I can decide if I want to buy them or not. It would take me 2 min at the most to try 3 pcs on. She refused. So naturally when my friend got out of the fitting room I went in to try on my clothes. You would think I was in there tearing the place apart by the way they reacted. Shouting from outside of the door that I get out of the fitting room because they are closing. My friend had to remind them of the time and tell them to chill out. I realize that you close at 9.
