I somehow ended up down in this area and decided to stop at as many thrift and antique stores as I could. This one was a bit confusing for me (parking wise). I wasn't sure where I was to park, as the small lot next to it was full and I didn't think I was allowed to go around the back. I ended up parking across the street at a closed business and walked over here. When I approached the front of the business heading to the door I was greeted by one of the employees. I usually hate having to make small talk and will try to go out of my way to avoid it, but it came easily with this employee. She was pleasant and we spoke about the weather and what not. Once inside, I completely lost track of what I was here to look for. See, when they have cats up for adoption, I just don't remember a damn thing. What was fun was the cats wondering about in the space. It was so distracting (in a good way) to have them rubbing up against you demanding pets. I interacted with the cats more than I browsed. When I did browse, I found that they have a good mix of items and definitely warrants a revisit. But on this visit, I didn't find what I was looking for.

I was afraid they would not take responsibility and because I spent a lot of money just to have my ring resized I didn't have much confidence. My husband was more upset than me because he got my ring back for Valentine's Day as a surprise. He was speechless when I showed him the missing diamonds and came with me to the store to see what they could do. The girl at the counter initially told my husband not to worry they would not charge to fix it. He was shocked she even said something like this. So we waited while she took the ring back to the manager. Here's where my faith in humanity changed. The manager Mika came out and introduced herself. She apologized profusely telling us the Business didn't stand up to their standards and how they dropped the ball and accepted all responsibility. The Diamonds were found in the Sonic cleaning machine and they would take the ring and have it repaired and thoroughly check everything to make sure the other diamonds were intact and this didn't happen again. Today I got my ring back and it is in perfect condition. Mika really went over and above to Make sure we knew that they did care and wanted us to be return customers. I am a tough customer, but knowing that they cared and really wanted us to know how sorry they were really made me say that I can trust this business and accept their apologies

Low pressure - truly just surrounded by happy employees! Went back to pick up the ring post-sizing and you could not tell where the old gold ended and the new gold began. Truly beautiful craftsmanship. Since it was a traveling estate sale they had run out of swag giveaways (plink, plink), but surprised me with the beautiful Maison Scarlett jewelry box transferred from another location. Manager Mika is phenomenal, no wonder they are all so joyful!

Where do I start? My fiance and I walked into this JoS. A. Bank location, in my hometown, looking…read moreto order tuxes for our groomsmen, "bridesmen," fathers and ringbearer. The first red flag came when we explained this to the representative and he said, "I THINK I can handle that." Not in a lighthearted, joking way--in a genuinely unsure way. This kid had NO IDEA what he was doing. We carefully explained everything we wanted, chose the specific styles and had him import it into the JoS. A. Bank software. Let me tell you, this was painful. My fiance and I struggled not to grab the keyboard from him as he cluelessly tried to import our information, all the while clearly deleting everything we had already spent at least 20 minutes letting him set up for our account. At one point, I even asked him if he wanted me to take the keyboard. We eventually got everything saved and left feeling pretty damn unsure about how our order would actually turn out. Sure enough, we go to get my fiance fitted in another location, and he discovers while getting fitted that the kid gave our guys the wrong vest. We have the Baltimore location call the Easton location to change the vest to the correct one, since apparently a phone call is the only way to do it, and are assured the change has been made. We later decide we want a different tie for both the fathers and the ringbearer (he would be so much cuter with a bowtie), so I visit the Easton location directly and make sure to ask for the assistant manager rather than the representative. I felt so much more confident about this guy. He seemed competent, clearheaded, well-versed in the program they use. I asked him twice to confirm the changes just to make sure nothing got screwed up. He assured me they were made. Fast forward to the day before the wedding: Nearly all of the wedding party's vests are wrong--TERRIBLY wrong. Instead of solid black, they're HIDEOUSLY white-and-black diagonal stripes, the vest my fiance had previously changed to solid black. Half the ties are the wrong color. The fathers didn't have the ties I had been reassured they would get by the Easton assistant manager. Half the shoes were different. The best man's pants were 6 inches too short. Thankfully, my fiance noticed many of the issues the day before, and we were promised we would have all the correct pieces the next day (i.e., the wedding day). After all these screw-ups, they at least came through--for the most part--on the wedding day. The best man's pants fit. We got the right vests. The bridesmen and groomsmen got the right ties. But the fathers' ties and half the wedding party's shoes were incorrect. At that point we just let it go. Because what can you do? At least we had the right vests. Avoid this place--and I would go so far as to say JoS. A. Bank in general--at all costs. Every vendor we had for the wedding was incredible, except for this one, and they failed in every way possible. Just don't do it.

I'm very much unsure why the people that work here feel they are better then the customers that walk in but they do. I spent close to 500 dollars on two shirts and two pants and even paid to rush tailor them and it was done incorrectly and I truly feel it was on purpose. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
