I asked our cashier, "Joe," if I could enter my phone number for any discounts or to accumulate points toward membership benefits, and he rudely said, "It's too late." When I asked what he meant, he repeated that it was too late because the store was closing and he couldn't allow me to enter my number, even though it wasn't 7 p.m. yet, the store was still open, and there was still a line of customers checking out. I wasn't asking for anything complicated, just to enter my number on the keypad right in front of him, ring up our items, and check out. I also asked if my mother could sign up for a membership, since I'd been raving about this store and she was excited to join. He said no to both. I was genuinely confused because he seemed annoyed with us, and we hadn't done anything to him. Confused, I asked for a manager. It wasn't a miscommunication, since Joe spoke perfect English. I just genuinely didn't understand the refusal. While waiting, I overheard another cashier explaining the day's color-tag discounts and promotions to a different customer. Joe never offered us any of that information. We were met with rudeness and dismissiveness from him. When the manager came over, she had an attitude and talked over me as I tried to explain what was going on. She said Joe meant "there's no deals on Sundays" and pointed to the sign. I told her I already knew that, I can read, and I've been a member there for years. I was trying to explain that Joe had refused to let me enter my phone number, sign my mom up for a membership, or tell us about the color-tag discounts, claiming it was too late because the store was closing , even though there were still people in the store. The manager's response was that if we needed discounts, we should come back Monday through Thursday, which missed the point entirely and left my mother and me feeling like we'd been stereotyped as customers who were only there for discounts. I've shopped at this store for years and brought my mother because I wanted her to love it as much as I do. Instead, the visit left us feeling dismissed and stereotyped over what should have been a simple, friendly interaction. Joe and the manager were rude and unwelcoming, which made us so uncomfortable. A little patience and basic courtesy would have made all the difference. Please work on your customer service.

It looks better than it did when I was competing. He made sure it was absolutely perfect, even after I told him that it would probably never be worn and was just memorabilia now. Located in historic Fredericksburg, this shop is hidden among several antique and vintage stores so if you are into that type of thing you can kill several birds with one stone. Children's wear is my love language so when I walked in and found several well organized racks dedicated to children's clothing I was immediately in love. I only had ten minutes to browse before heading home but in those ten minutes I was able to find an entire collection of Beaufort Bonnet items in pristine condition. Even better, they rung up an extra 65% off so I was able to get six items for less than the price of one item. I briefly had a chance to checkout the other racks but I found a whole selection of designer women's stuff with brands like Trina Turk and Lilly Pulitizer. If you ever want to dress like a Southern belle but are on a budget -- this is your spot! Also, the shop people are super, super nice which is a huge added plus.

I stood there for about a full minute and walked towards the back to view everything on my way. When I reached the back an employee smiled acknowledging me, before I turned and decided there was nothing intriguing or worth my money. When I reached the front of the store I saw the girls that were talking up front when I first came in, we're employees laying out merchandise--they again said nothing, didn't even smile in my direction. I ordered two other items to replace the returned ones and paid $70 for 2 day shipping, it came in 4 days. They won't refund the shipping cost even though it was 2-3 days later than what was paid. I would drive somewhere else, to the closest army base to (even if it's hours away) just buy what they have at the uniform store instead of having to deal these grimy customer service people.

They primarily stock Jones NY suits, and on occassion, their merchandise may change brands. So don't expect to find too many Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, or Sean John suits available, and especially not any higher end brands. I was able to find a Ralph Lauren cashmere-wool blend topcoat in my size for $150 (retail at a department store is $495). That's about $75 less than the best sale prices I found elsewhere. The next year, I saw Weatherproof (the same one Men's Wearhouse sells) topcoats for $99 on sale at one point compared to $149. Service was excellent. The sales reps in the many stores of theirs (both in Potomac mills, and the one in Fair Oaks Mall) took the time to help me out, measure my size to confirm (that passed my first customer service test since I already knew my size), explain to me their stocking procedure, and they went above and beyond to look for the right coat for me.

I was at the Puma store 9 days ago according to Yelp. I found the pants I say earlier on in the…read moreweek. I tried them on and they felt great on my skin, but they would be to cold to wear without wearing tights or some under them for the winter. They are a type of soccer pants, but they did not have them in extra large for the navy blue pants. I wanted to get two pair and so I was debating on what to do, I saw some Puma cotton cargo pants on display. I found it was the first time they have them. I could not pass up this opportunity because I liked them more than the soccer pants. I bought and paid for them and asked to keep h as hanger that came with it. The cashier told me know. She said the hangers belong to the store...you get a thousand hangers for the clothing and your telling me no for one hanger? A bad word crossed through my mind about I did not argue with her this time. Despite this little incident, I will be back for more Puma items. I might even do a 2 hour massage at Healthwise. We will have to see.
