Came in for a quick visit. Typical department store thats on the fine line of being a department store and not being one. Pretty organized. Most things are always on sale or have some type of deal going on. I was looking for a new pair of workout shoes and though it's great they have many options for women who wear a bigger shoe size, I didn't like that once it hit a size 9 that all of the shoes were "wide". Found some shoes that looked okay but could've gone with the "wide" addition. read more

Was in the store patiently waiting in the checkout line when I noticed Yuri (Cashier) needed help with the transaction so she nicely asks for help. Robin starts to assist her and unfortunately wasn't in the greatest of moods so she snapped at Yuri in front of a long line. This was very uncalled for and embarrassing. Nothing was said to me but it hurt me as if it was me. Something definitely needs to be done about this. This is very unacceptable. read more

Just ok. I usually find better deals at other locations and the staff is scarce. Getting help is shoes or clothing is virtually impossible so I just avoid the location all together. It's difficult enough dealing with the 610 traffic to only get in and not have service or a wide selection. read more

Awful customer service! No one around to offer assistance. Very slow check out lines. The shoe section is very cramped. The workout clothing area is a disaster. Disorganized and crammed, impossible to find anything. The worst part is when I called the manager to complain, he (name was Ustes) barely apologized and seemed indifferent to my dissatisfaction. This update is to reply to Kohl's Social Media T. 's response. I thank you for the reply, and would strongly recommend that any remedial coaching at this location start with remedial coaching of all Managers. The Manager on duty at this store yesterday was to blame for the poor service that I saw. IMHO, the buck stops with Management when it comes to service. Thank you again for your response. I will reconsider my next visit to this location after I give time for remedial training to BOTH management AND staff. read more

A bargain shopper's dream! I consistently get name brand, good quality clothes for our entire family here. Items are usually on sale, I get my 15% off or more for using my Kohl's credit card, and then pay off my charge using gift cards from my church (which kicks me back cash). Back to school shopping this year saved us almost $500. I think our final bill was $250. Crazy! Bought my son a new pair of Skechers for $8.07 with discounts and Kohl's cash. On November 16, 2020 at approximately 13:27, I went into the Stafford location to pick up a watch I initially ordered online. I entered the store and looked for signs leading to online pickup. I then followed the signs leading to the back of the store. I was initially greeted and asked," how can I help you". I stated that I had placed an online order and proceeded to show the bar code on my phone. Once shown the friendly associate went to retrieve the item. Once I received the item (which was a rather expensive watch) I asked if someone was able to remove links from the watch that I just purchased. The associate made a call to the apparent jewelry dept and said they could do it. I asked where it was and was given directions. Once I approached the jewelry dept there were 2 women working, one older Caucasian woman (Ms. Ruby) and an African American woman. Ms. Ruby (as she was called by the African American woman) gave me a cold look upon which I said,"Excuse me but are you able to remove links out of my watch I just purchased. Having seen the previous associate call the jewelry dept just minutes earlier, I assumed Ms. Ruby who was behind the counter near the phone was expecting me but nevertheless her initial response was,"Did you buy the watch from here"? I responded,"Yes, I just picked it up in the back of the store and had them call you to remove a few links from the band. She then responded,"Well how many links do you need taken out"? I responded, I don't know but I'd like to try it on to figure it out. She responded,"Well you need to know how many before I can take them out" So the African American woman who was working with Ms. Ruby, sensing her attitude" noticed immediately said,"I can help you sir". So the African American associate proceeded to take links out of the watch starting with 2 while letting me try it on to verify. She ended up removing 3 total links. Once the associate completed removing the links I then noticed that the time was incorrect and asked if she could set the watch, she said she couldn't. The associate the asked Ms.Ruby if she could and she just shook her hear not even giving a verbal response. I believe if you work for a company that is only in business because of customer then you should explore customer service. I did not ask for anything outside of their realm of her job and I should have been treated accordingly. I ask that Ms. Ruby be reprimanded and I hope that she is made aware that if customers are treated like this then we will take our business elsewhere and she could eventually be unemployed. read more

Kohl's cashiers have always been helpful and polite. HOWEVER......please keep in mind other people are usually waiting in a rather long line. Please , i know you have to ask about credit cards and other services you offer, but on busy days maybe you can refer them to customer service?. I don't think I should have to wait even longer because the customer wants to use Kohl's cash from last year.Or cannot use the debit/credit card they have in their hand. Or pay in pennies. Or you want to bump up your CC average. See? Shopping is already a big enough hassle!! Also (not your fault Kohl's) Levi's and Nike won't let you apply a kohl's coupon to their merchandise. My Friend was shopping on this location on 3/9/19. After trying on clothes in the dressing room and getting ready to checkout, she was approached by one police officer and was told to step to the side. Then two other officers followed them. My daughters girlfriend walked towards them and was stopped by one of the officers and said "you're not running away from me this time." Her girlfriend was confused and said "what am I running for?? Does it look like I could run?" The officers walked them to the back office but they had to leave their son at the registers and the manager who was scheduled at the time was in the office and said "where are the rings?" My daughter and her girlfriend did not know what they were talking about at first until the manager explained. Their response was "we left two rings and underwear on the shelf in the fitting room." Being in that back office, they noticed that they were being watched since they walked into the store. The manger sent one of her employees to the fitting room to check to see if the products were where they left it. Sadly, the products wasn't there and they found what rings came in, in a size 0 jeans pocket. The employee informed that to everyone who was in the office. My daughter responded was " does it look like we me and my girlfriend could fit a size 0?!. Then they were instructed to empty out there pockets which they did, with no issue. My daughter overheard the officers talking about her car so she interrupted them and said "you guys can check my car." While checking her, she was just sitting on her hood while people were walking past her shaking their head. The officers went through EVERYTHING even went through her mail and STILL FOUND NOTHING. While her car was getting checked, her girlfriend asked one of the officers if she check on her son. That office response was "he's fine I could see him through the cameras." Her response "my child is with strangers and you're gonna tell me he okay? Are you serious?!" So the officer brings the child to the office. After going through my daughters car, they then went back into the office where they were checked AGAIN and still NOTHING so the officers who were in the office, stepped out and told them to "hang tight" . My daughters girlfriend, asked the manager " since you were watching us, were we the only ones in the fitting room?" (Which they weren't) and the manager responded no. They asked her the same question again but this time her answer was different from the first one. So the girlfriend response was " why are you changing you're story?" The manger didn't have a answer, got frustrated and said "I don't have to go back and forth with you!" They laughed and the girlfriend said " no one is going back and forth, I'm asking you valid questions, because you and the officers checked us numerous times, we clearly didn't take anything. So why are we still here?!" The officers came back in the office. Guess what they did? They told my daughter to stand up and to empty out her pockets again and went through everything pocket with a flashlight and FOUND NOTHING. They even checked their 6 year old son!! And STILL NOTHING. To top off all of this Humiliation they were made to sign a paper that they are not allowed to step foot into their store a Year. They could not leave unless they signed the form. Fearing for further harassment and humiliation they signed so they can leave. Again they found nothing because no criminal act was done by daughter or her friend and the 6 year old child, but they had to Sign a form banning them from shopping in that Location. Horrible customer service, just horrible and rude. I had to find someone that worked there to help me. There's also no one on the floor thats willing to help. "You know that person thats supposed to ask if you need help."Well they don't have that there. They don't make eye contact with you. It's kinda like they see you and run. Definitely glad to have this store in Stafford. I wait for a sale whenever possible and they tend to run low on certain sizes. I like the brands they carry and that they have selections for my entire family. I don't care for their pressure tactics each time I check out regarding their store credit card. read more

Spent 1 hour trying to search through their very disorganized racks with 2 young children....then had to wait 20 minutes in line because they only had one cashier working, after ringing up my order I handed the cashier my coupons and gift card and was informed that their system was down (rudely) and that i needed another form of payment. I asked when the system would be back up, the cashier huffed and said "I don't know". I left the store because i needed to get home for my son getting off the bus, I decided to call to see when I could use my gift card and Cameron answered the phone and informed me there was no issues with the gift card system, I explained the situation I had just encountered, he put me on hold and after 5 minutes hung up. I got him back on the line and Ustes the manager got on and from the moment he picked up he had an attitude, he told me that he had just walked in and saw an email that the system would be down, I asked why they couldn't have a sign informing the customers of the situation or that the customer service desk wasn't aware of the issue and he said " once again, I just got here and I don't know when the situation will be resolved and I didn't know it would be an issue at our store." Basically he continued to talk around the issues and when I seemed dissatisfied with his help, he told me please, here is my name leave a comment about me! So ladies and gents, beware of the absolute horrible customer service at this location, if I need to go to kohl's I will travel to one far away to avoid the crap this store has to offer... read more
