Robynn and i have deleberately avoided participating in any black friday shopping for all the reasons we're all so familiar with. But my wife has recently become a "backpacker" and I wanted to get her fitted for a legitimate backpack so we made an exception to our black friday rule and went to the only place I would go to locally backpacking and other outdoor gear, River Rock Outfitter Even though the shop was filled with customers, Keith and April, the owners, immediately greeted us. When April finished with her customer she began the process for fitting my with a backpack. This process which included measuring her torso, what type of backpacking it was for day hikes or multiple day/night trips, types of weather, trying on multiple packs (with weigjts in the pack) took approximately 40 minutes, maybe more, but it was such a pleasant experience, it only seemed like minutes. My wife and April found the perfect pack but since it was not in the color my wife wanted, April placed in on order. We'll return in a day or two, try it on again and walk out with an early Christmas present for my wife we will now be able to share and enjoy many more years of backpacking together with a comfortable backpack. Let's start with the good: I love that I can sell guns here and I've sold one before and felt I got a fair price. The guys behind the firearms counter are good an knowledgeable but depending on what time you go you could be waiting for what feels like an eternity to get served. This location is also rather small? Or maybe it's just because the inventory is a bit underwhelming for me, especially in the archery department. Idk every time I've been to Cabela's it feels like they don't have what I need unless I get it shipped. Yet when I've gone to Bass Pro in MD they always had what they need. Also there's been two instances where I ordered something online and despite this location having plenty in stock I've had to wait over 6 days for them to tell me my order was ready for pickup. At the Arundel Mills Bass Pro Shop if something was already in the store inventory and I ordered it in the morning itneluld be ready within 3-5 hours.

While things are pricey, I appreciate what great quality their stuff is. And I while I have never used this before, it sounds like they repair the stuff you get from here for you. I arrived today and saw some on the bottom of the glass display back in fishing. There was another brand on top of the Moebas so I couldn't see if there were any others besides the, "Mimizu" option. There was one gentleman helping two men with some reels and braided line. After a few minutes he went over and told another staff member that he had another customer that needed help. The other staff member was leaning surf rods up against a shelf to the right of where I was standing. He is a white guy, buzz cut with some thinning on top, he had, "a chew" in which he spit into a soda bottle, green shirt and a mustache. He came up front and I spoke. I asked him if there were any other color Moeba down below. He replied, "This is all we have!" before I was even finished speaking. I was going to say that I couldn't see completely what was on the bottom of the display because there was another brand of similar lures on top. I told him that, and he looked down to see. He was not friendly or pleasant at all like Gary and Justin have been in the last two recent trips. Very short and he seemed annoyed. I asked for two of the Mimizus, and told him I was going to continue shopping. I dealt with similar reactions at the old location, which I why I stopped coming to Green Top for several years. I too know what it's like to be busy at work, but if I was short and rude to my patients before their procedures, I would definitely be in trouble. The next time I was in the area. Took a bit, but I did connect with them and it went off without a hitch. Customer service was fantastic and most importantly they had the item that I wanted ready to go with no delay. The store is different than Virginia Beach and I really like the way it was laid out with multiple levels. Things were organized and neat like I've come to expect a REI. Really great selection of so many things I like. The value is relative, because I view the quality of their items to be exceptional and worth the price. I would recommend an as well would say that the area that this was built in has a ton to offer. It's an upscale outdoor shopping area.

I went to Aspetto with nothing but an idea - take these department issued pants, make them out of something light weight and comfortable, put the pockets in better spots, and build something to support a drop-down holster. Oh, yeah - and I want an extra handcuff pocket somewhere. I was asking for a LOT. A little while later, I had it all. And more. The pants they made fit me perfectly, support a drop-down holster, and even have some extra pockets for life's necessities (lip balm, a flashlight, etc.). I happen to think their prices are reasonable. For less than the cost of a brand new leather jacket, I'm wearing a pair of trousers which were designed, researched and developed, and built - from scratch. Someone said they weren't "terribly impressed for the money," and I'm curious as to his expectations. You don't get this level of customization or craftsmanship inexpensively, and "for the money" I couldn't be more impressed. As to communication, when I was trying to find a place to make my pants (several places said 'it simply can't be done') I stumbled on Aspetto's website. About eleven at night, a chat window opened and asked if I needed help. A short while later I was chatting with one of the owners, and the proverbial ball was rolling. You're not going to find a better custom clothing experience, especially for a non-traditional item. Nor are you going to find a better value for such a thing.
