The Very last time i came in was probably my best experience because i have having issues with the cooperate about my reward system due to having two separate rewards accounts and to ensure i got ALL my points and promotions the girl at the counter called corporate, was patient and very helpful with the stressful situation. she could have easily said to calm myself and figure it out but considering i was spending over $300 in store she did what she could. When all was said and done there was nothing she could physically do in store so she gave me 15% off and let me use my 10% coupon onto of it. Another girl that really made me love coming is one girl they ALWAYS have on fitting rooms. she is sooooooo nice and friendly. She actually remembers your name and has full on conversations and seems interested in helping you decide if you look cute in what your trying to buy or not. she was so helpful and she's beautiful herself so having her option with her style just seemed to make me feel like i was getting great advice. :)

My wife requires a 25mm lift in her left shoe to correct a medical condition, we brought in 3 pairs of shoes to have these lifts added and they finished not only the Birkenstocks but 2 pairs of running shoes in less than 2 weeks. They look fantastic and more importantly they did excellent work at a very reasonable expense. Everyone we have met in the store is extremely nice and helpful. They make you feel at home in the store. Thank you all! Forgot to mention they are a Birkenstock approved repair store, so my is very happy she can wear her "birks" again!

She rude & just plain nasty & unpleasant! Tells me that it will take approximately 60 days? Right away I thought it was a joke!! This is at the most a half hour job & I told her I needed them before that so she said around 45 days which is still crazy. I waited went back twice hoping they would be there early NOPE! Finally I go back after the 45 days & was told they were not ready! I was pleasant but insisted I needed the shoes immediately!! I get the shoes 2 days after the promised date, no apology & then she tries to imitate me & we had a few choice words! The repair is the worst job I have ever, ever seen! I have never met people like this & am shocked that they remain in business!! This place needs to be investigated because there has to be something else going on there!! Don't use this place because they have absolutely no clue how to repair shoes or run a business!!!!!!

Wow! What a selection of dresses and what incredible service! The dresses were all moderately…read morepriced - from bridal gowns to bridesmaids dresses - and the owner, Valerie and her daughter Michelle were there to assist. We had an appointment and were welcomed immediately. The store is in Spotsy Towne Center where the old Coldwater Creek store was (caddy corner from Bravos) and it's HUGE and very inviting. There is plenty of seating for family and the dressing rooms are enormous and private. There are ample mirrors in the dressing room so that if you don't like what you see, you can just skip the "fashion show" and change out of the dress before walking into the store to show family. My daughter, the bride, and my other two daughters, had the most absolutely relaxing and fun day trying on dresses and feeling pretty. The bride found her dress at dress number 3 and Michelle even helped her pick out accessories that finished off the ensemble. My daughters loved what they saw but one of them was 7 months pregnant and wanted to try on a few more that were closer to her size so she could get an idea of what it would look like. After a HORRIBLE experience at Formal Envy on William Street (see that review to compare), we ended up back at That's My Dress where Val was there to receive my daughters (who at this point were literally in TEARS) and gave them all a consoling hug. She was emotionally upset, too, for the ordeal we had been put through. Within 15 minutes, my youngest got the most beautiful dress and we were on our way. Val and Michelle saved the day and I couldn't be happier. Thank you ladies for salvaging what could have been a disastrous day for my girls. You are both AWESOME!!

Of course my family was there and I also had a zoom meeting with my bridal party but Addy was very knowledgeable and informative about the process. She had me pick 3-5 dresses to try on and although we spoke about what kind of dress I was interested in she advised that I also pick at least 1-2 other styles of dresses to get a feel for my style and size. We went back yesterday with the whole crew (my three girls, sister and her daughter, mom, another sister, two sisters videoed from Ireland, Aunt called in from another state) and I said yes to the most beautiful gown I've ever seen. And what a special surprise after you say yes to the dress. So many surprises and special little moments. These memories will stay with all of us but especially my little girls and I.
