We had an appointment and were welcomed immediately. The store is in Spotsy Towne Center where the old Coldwater Creek store was (caddy corner from Bravos) and it's HUGE and very inviting. There is plenty of seating for family and the dressing rooms are enormous and private. There are ample mirrors in the dressing room so that if you don't like what you see, you can just skip the "fashion show" and change out of the dress before walking into the store to show family. My daughter, the bride, and my other two daughters, had the most absolutely relaxing and fun day trying on dresses and feeling pretty. The bride found her dress at dress number 3 and Michelle even helped her pick out accessories that finished off the ensemble. My daughters loved what they saw but one of them was 7 months pregnant and wanted to try on a few more that were closer to her size so she could get an idea of what it would look like. After a HORRIBLE experience at Formal Envy on William Street (see that review to compare), we ended up back at That's My Dress where Val was there to receive my daughters (who at this point were literally in TEARS) and gave them all a consoling hug. She was emotionally upset, too, for the ordeal we had been put through. Within 15 minutes, my youngest got the most beautiful dress and we were on our way. Val and Michelle saved the day and I couldn't be happier. Thank you ladies for salvaging what could have been a disastrous day for my girls. You are both AWESOME!!

Yesterday I went in for my first (and only) bridal fitting unsure of what to expect but hopeful that I would find MY dress for my July 2023 wedding. Of course my family was there and I also had a zoom meeting with my bridal party but Addy was very knowledgeable and informative about the process. She had me pick 3-5 dresses to try on and although we spoke about what kind of dress I was interested in she advised that I also pick at least 1-2 other styles of dresses to get a feel for my style and size. Who knew...that the first dress that I tried on would be THE ONE which made this process seamless. I went to Aspetto with nothing but an idea - take these department issued pants, make them out of something light weight and comfortable, put the pockets in better spots, and build something to support a drop-down holster. Oh, yeah - and I want an extra handcuff pocket somewhere. I was asking for a LOT. A little while later, I had it all. And more. The pants they made fit me perfectly, support a drop-down holster, and even have some extra pockets for life's necessities (lip balm, a flashlight, etc.). I happen to think their prices are reasonable. For less than the cost of a brand new leather jacket, I'm wearing a pair of trousers which were designed, researched and developed, and built - from scratch. Someone said they weren't "terribly impressed for the money," and I'm curious as to his expectations. You don't get this level of customization or craftsmanship inexpensively, and "for the money" I couldn't be more impressed. As to communication, when I was trying to find a place to make my pants (several places said 'it simply can't be done') I stumbled on Aspetto's website. About eleven at night, a chat window opened and asked if I needed help. A short while later I was chatting with one of the owners, and the proverbial ball was rolling. You're not going to find a better custom clothing experience, especially for a non-traditional item. Nor are you going to find a better value for such a thing.

My family and I visited the store to try on a rental that we had already arranged for an event on September 4. My brother-in-law was trying on the rental, and I was also planning to purchase a shirt while we were there. At approximately 8:57 PM, an employee named Khamoni appeared visibly upset that we were still in the store. Instead of assisting us or allowing us to finish comfortably, he was focused on cleaning and had the vacuum plugged in. He made facial expressions, shook his head, and gestured "no," making it very clear that he was unhappy with our presence because it was close to closing time. I understand that we arrived near closing time and that employees have responsibilities at the end of their shift. However, we were customers with an existing rental for an important event, and I believe we still deserved to be treated respectfully and professionally while the store was open. The employee's attitude made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was prepared to purchase a shirt that evening, but because of the way we were treated, I decided not to make the purchase. I am a customer who expects basic courtesy and professionalism, especially from a company such as Men's Wearhouse. I would appreciate it if management could review this situation and address the employee's behavior so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
