The owner cancelled our order outright and issued a full refund. While we do appreciate that the refund was processed promptly, the cancellation caused a significant setback to our bathroom renovation, especially after we had already structured our broader project timeline around the commitments made earlier. We made a deliberate effort to support a local Annapolis business, but our experience was disappointing and disruptive. My main complaint was the lady behind the counter working. She wore a shirt that said, "From the bottom of my heart, idgaf" and this could not be more true. She truly did not care. She had an attitude and made the whole interaction awkward and uncomfortable. She had a snotty comment for everything. When she handed me my bag of cookies, the handle broke on the bag. I asked for a second bag so I could double bag it and easily carry it. She proceeded to tell me that the bag broke because I bought too many cookies and the bag can't support all of them. You'd think they'd want the business and the money. I definitely did not appreciate this grouchy lady. Maybe she was having a bad day, I'm not sure. But her attitude kind of soured the experience. I would be willing to give this place another try. I would love to try one of their caramel apples! If I encounter another rude staff I probably would not return.
