The equipment was returned to me without the mower deck being properly leveled nor were the tires inflated to the proper PSI. This resulted in my front lawn being gouged with an uneven cut. I had to level the deck myself to rectify the service I paid for. I called the service manager twice but he did not return my call. I'll be going to another shop for my next service and repair.
