M&M is amazing, and I'm so happy that Yelp helped us to find them. We live in one of those cool DC…read morespaces that is just...shapes. We required oddly specific sizes for a new stackable washer-dryer, as the space was built around 1980s models and sizes that no longer exist. We stopped by M&M (pre-pandemic, I'm just tardy to writing their review!) just before they were meant to be closing (Google had one time, their front door had another), but the nice salesman finished up with the couple he was talking to and turned to us, saying he would stay late if he had to for us. He didn't, we were still out before they closed, but I appreciated that from the very start we were treated like we mattered and not like the total washer/dryer noobs we actually are. We visited other appliances stores and your typical box outlets, and nowhere else did anyone explain things to us in plain terms or make sure we had exactly what we needed. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision and were offered multiple small options in a range of prices. We were happy to buy our washer/dryer from them and to do a small part in supporting a business like theirs. They installed the whole thing as well, and it's been like 5 months and everything is still working perfectly. The model they suggested was just slightly over budget but is so worth it. Our clothes have never been cleaner and it is SO quiet compared to what we had.

It took no time for install. Honest, friendly, and honorable. I recommend M&M highly.read more
