She was patient, kind, knowledgeable. She helped him find shoes that actually fit him, which is not an easy feet. no pun intended. She even showed him how to tie his shoelaces since he needs to start learning how to do that. She let me video record how to tie shoes so I can teach him a little bit better. She was extremely generous with her time. So much so that I purchased shoes. I honestly didn't really need. But I wanted to support this store and this amazing sales person. I was afraid they would not take responsibility and because I spent a lot of money just to have my ring resized I didn't have much confidence. My husband was more upset than me because he got my ring back for Valentine's Day as a surprise. He was speechless when I showed him the missing diamonds and came with me to the store to see what they could do. The girl at the counter initially told my husband not to worry they would not charge to fix it. He was shocked she even said something like this. So we waited while she took the ring back to the manager. Here's where my faith in humanity changed. The manager Mika came out and introduced herself. She apologized profusely telling us the Business didn't stand up to their standards and how they dropped the ball and accepted all responsibility. The Diamonds were found in the Sonic cleaning machine and they would take the ring and have it repaired and thoroughly check everything to make sure the other diamonds were intact and this didn't happen again. Today I got my ring back and it is in perfect condition. Mika really went over and above to Make sure we knew that they did care and wanted us to be return customers. I am a tough customer, but knowing that they cared and really wanted us to know how sorry they were really made me say that I can trust this business and accept their apologies

Low pressure - truly just surrounded by happy employees! Went back to pick up the ring post-sizing and you could not tell where the old gold ended and the new gold began. Truly beautiful craftsmanship. Since it was a traveling estate sale they had run out of swag giveaways (plink, plink), but surprised me with the beautiful Maison Scarlett jewelry box transferred from another location. Manager Mika is phenomenal, no wonder they are all so joyful!
