When I saw the store front of this place from a distance, I wanted to jump the curb, drive through the cars and park inside the store. I didn't because I know this behavior is shunned upon, but I sure wanted to! This location has a great variety of items including cosmetics, beauty items, accessories, clothing, shoes and more. I must admit the lines are long but that's also due to Covid restrictions so I won't complain. It's well worth the wait for the variety and quality of items found. I got a pair of shoes that were originally $150 for 70 bucks! I actually looked them up online because I wasn't familiar with the brand and boom, $150 online! They're so comfy (see pictured). I also appreciate that the price sticker comes off smoothly. In the past I've needed hired staff to get the sticky stuff off from the tape!! The Sephora looked to be pretty stocked, and I dug how they have created measures to ensure everyone's safety by having selected entry and exit points. Regarding online orders, the pick-up area is on the second floor, the same place where they handle returns. When I first came upstairs, there was a fairly long line, and one person behind the register. They have places on the floor directing people where to stand, and plexiglass between the the workers and the customers. My order was there as expected, I was asked to check it prior to leaving to make sure it was correct and provided a paper receipt. When I came back a couple of days later to return, I didn't have any issues getting my money back, despite having made my payment with Paypal online. Every time that I interacted with someone within the store, be it a customer service person, or someone to simply ask a question regarding the location of something, they were polite and helpful. As I was leaving, they made an announcement regarding closing at 7p. No problems here.

After returning, I stood at the counter waiting for assistance while multiple employees walked by without acknowledging me. The employee helping me seemed more interested in talking with coworkers than focusing on the customer. Communication throughout the process was poor. I booked a Mobil 1 Full Synthetic oil change, but later noticed on my paperwork that Quaker State Full Synthetic was used instead. I'm not upset about the oil itself, but no one explained the substitution or asked if it was okay beforehand. The service was completed and my car is fine, but between having to source my own filter, the lack of attention from staff, and the poor communication, the experience did not justify making an appointment.
