I usually do online orders for pickup at this Target because of the convenience, but this time I couldn't risk the possible two-hour wait and decided to go inside the store instead. Unfortunately, not a single regular checkout lane was open--only self-checkout was available, and those machines only accepted debit or credit cards, no cash. Of course, I only had cash, so I was forced to check out at customer service. While it did take a little while, the wait wasn't extremely long. Still, the experience was inconvenient enough that going forward I'll be sticking strictly to online orders only, which is always a wonderful experience. read more

I know many people not shopping at Target for whatever reason, but if you live in certain areas this place is where you can get all your items in one stop. Walmarts are not in the area and I'm not trying to travel another 15-20 minutes to get there. Nothing much to say just has to grab a few items and really noticed that the food isles be a little bare. Maybe it was became I came later afternoon times. But the selection should be better than what I was seeing. I was able to find all I needed and unfortunately too much per usual. Service was good was able to get in and out no issue. I just have to remember to carry in the stores with my reusable bags. But other than that you can pay for their brown paper bags that could be reused again later. Will continue to come to Target when I need to and not going to worry about what others are doing. My doctor called in my prescription an hour before they closed on a Friday. I come in Saturday morning, after they've been open for 45 minutes to hear "the staff didn't fill my prescription last night. Come back at 12." I return at 12:30 to now hear from a VERY uninterested pharmacist "your prescription is still not filled. The safe won't open", with no offer of a possible solution. I have never experienced this amount of unprofessionalism from a pharmacy ever before and would highly not recommend getting your prescriptions filled here! read more

Very sorry to say but this Target is consistently poor. Items are not in stock or where they are supposed to be; floors are dirty and sticky in areas, customer service is nonexistent. This Target is so bad that I routinely drive out of my way to the Bowie and Crofton locations to get better service. read more

I had to do a follow up from my most recent Target stop. It turned out that I needed to stop and get more gift cards. I should have stopped at another location. I came in here and headed right over to the gift card section. It was a mess. I scanned the gift cards and when it came to the ones I was in need of, I had to go to the customer service desk. Which was another huge mess. There was a line that was moving ever so slowly because they only had one person actively working. The other employees were kind of just milling around, going to the back and then standing at the counter. When they did finally start to acknowledge the ever slow moving line, they decided to open one more register. When I finally got to the counter they automatically thought that I was here to pick up an online order. I wasn't, I needed a dumb gift card that people are too stupid to realize they cannot do anything with unless it is activated and then steal it. When I got up to the counter I asked for the ones that I needed and then proceeded to wait until they went to the back and grab what I needed. They didn't have the exact ones I needed and I had to get another brand, but in the end I had to do two transactions here as well. Instead of holding up the line I ended up going outside to clear things up and had to go back inside to stand in line again to finish out my transaction. It just took way too long to be able to purchase a single item that I should have been able to grab and pay for myself in a regular, moving line. read more

I have called the store twice and the a female with a light voice acted as if she didn't even know I was out here. It's been years since I've visited this location. I was a bit turned around because it's huge inside. I felt like I needed my waze app, just to make it back to the front. I was only there for a few items but of course ended up spending so much more. This location has been renovated as well and it's really nice inside. I didn't venture throughout the store but what I did see, they were pretty stocked and loaded(get it?) The Starbucks here was so huge, it looked like an actual store that stood alone. Completely understaffed where it matters. Three people posing as security standing at the front door, four people behind the customer service counter... But only ONE cashier. management is clearly more pressed on catching people stealing from the company than actually serving and checking out customers. If you're lucky, on the weekends they might have a second, or even third cashier. But if it's a weekday expect to wait in line. Home improvement section was 70% empty, so many of the 'hangers' completely bare. Genuinely hate How this company is shifting to automated checkouts and stripping services [while simultaneously upping their prices because of inflation] If your budget doesn't allow for more than one cashier, then youre prioritizing the wrong things. read more

This Target is a mediocre. Really nothing exceptional. Its a clean and organized store. Bathrooms are very clean, which is a major plus. Employees here are hard to find. If you find one, you're lucky. If they make an effort to help you, play the lottery that same night. Youll find what you're looking for. Most items are in stock. They have a nice layout. Check out times especially during the weekends is a pain. They will try to encourage you to use self checkout... ah no thanks. If I wanted to play cashier, Ill do that with my nieces. The hot bar is still closed. They price match and make sure you use the Target app when your shopping to maximize your savings. read more

This Target has the worst customer service. As I was completing a return, the returns desk manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was completing a return for Target brands, which Target's policy states can be done within a year if unsatisfied with the item. A Target worker, Joy, who was quite pleasant and helpful was completing the return. The returns manager walks over and tells Joy she can only complete 10 items for this return. I had a total of 15. I asked her why only 10, and she blatantly lies and says the policy states 10. I asked her where in the policy it states that, she points to the policy wall. This is a lie. This store is adding to and taking away from Target's policies. When I stated that I would read them all and report it, the manager walked away and did not give her name. I would not shop here at all. There rating is low for a reason- poor service, dirty/disorganized store, and inconsistent staffing. Welp - guess I'm in the minority here, but I love this Target. Ever since I started couponing, I noticed that other Targets (cough, cough - Greenbelt, Laurel, Bowie) charge upwards of 30% higher than what's on Target.com - so ladies and gentleman, many of you have been overpaying at your local Target if you don't price match. With that said, this Target charges the same (and sometimes even a little cheaper) as what's on Target.com, and I am able to find whatever I need in stock, so I'm extremely pleased with this Target. Like any Target, after 5PM, people go shopping after getting off work. Newsflash: you aren't the only person who decided to go on a Target Run, bud. CVS : If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would! I was serviced by Muhammad Qasi. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I encountered issues with my insurance and came back in the evening to just pay out of pocket. He told me that he won't fill my prescription because it would take him 10minutes to open the safe and to come back the next morning to pick it up. When I arrived this morning, another staff member told me that the prescription needs to be shipped. I took time off from work for nothing. I will switch pharmacy asap!! read more

Worst store experience ever, accidentally left a bag with a product I spent my money on. AP confirmed the item was left from watching video. I was told that self checkout is the responsibility of the customer and since I left it I was unable to get a refund however this Target didn't have any cashiers how is that my fault. The STL Yvette said it's okay for the Store to not have cashiers scheduled which means customers are forced to use checkout. God Forbid that you forget an item it's your responsibility. Isn't it a retailers responsibility to ensure its establishment is properly scheduled to assist customers. Will never come here again. It's really hard not to love Target. This store has everything you want and need out of life! This is literally a one-stop-shop for most people. You walk in and there's your Starbucks to get you started (check), then there's your dollar section (check), clothes , household items, groceries (check, check, check) need I say more?! The parking is plentiful, however, Target seems to always be crowded unless you're there when they first open the doors. Unfortunately, that is to be expected at any of the Targets in the area. The store is always neat and well maintained regardless of the time of day. Employees seem nice and friendly, always greeting you with a warm smile. I visited a Target at least one to two times per week and there is always something on sale or if you buy 2 or more you'll get a gift-card or something similar to that. They also price match. One particular item I buy is $10 cheaper online and they always price match it!! The best part is they have plenty of self checkouts!!! This target is always clean, organized, and full of people restocking products in the morning. They have a great home section and food department. I come here often because it's near my office, and I always find what I need here, even if it's costly. Though the target is good, this review is mainly for the Starbucks! The morning barista is literately the sweetest and always makes sure I leave happy, even if they don't have everything in stock. There is another stand alone Starbucks in the same plaza, but I usually come to this one because I get quick, awesome service. She takes her time preparing drinks and never seems frazzled when things are not in reach or the line is long. Plus, the Starbucks is right across from the $1, $3 and $5 section so I mosey over there often while waiting. read more

I have waited for over 20-minutes for my drive up order. Each time I ask the delivery guy about my delivery he nods and says I'll be right there. He continues go back and forth into the store and has serviced 3 cars that arrived after me. He finally brought out an incomplete order. My rating is due to how easy the buy online and curbside pick up was. To begin, my time was very limited and I didn't have the time to actually go inside the store and shop around. So I made my purchase online and selected the option for store pick up. Once my payment was processed; I received an email with instructions. Once items were ready for pick up, I could either go inside the store to the customer service desk or download the Target app and select the option for curbside. I went with curbside. Once I was notified via email and text that my order was ready, I selected the option for curbside and the phone gps tracking started. I followed the instructions stating on arrival to park in one of the curbside pick up spaces. Within 3 minutes of parking I noticed a young man in a reflector jacket and target logo approaching my vehicle. He came to the drivers window and asked for the code that pop up in app to verify identity. Once code was given and he input into his device he handed my purchased items over and he was on his way and so was I. Super easy and convenient. I will definitely use this service again when I'm on a crunch time. read more

This Target is disappointing to say the least. I could hear what I assume to be a supervisor yelling at a couple of employees from 5 aisles away. Parts of the floor are missing?? The size selection in the women's clothing seemed to me missing everything above a S or size 2. And to top it off the dressing rooms are closed but they have no sign up saying so. I had to be rudely told by an employee from across the room that I couldn't use them. I ended up putting all of my items back as it makes no sense to purchase all the items only to take them back to my home and try them on only to bring back what I don't want. Closing the dressing rooms makes absolutely no sense. The clothes would be going on my body either way and at least they can clean the dressing rooms. You have no way of knowing what someone's home is like or what they may do to the clothing once they are home! read more

I bought a romper and before I wore it I noticed that the shoulder was ripped. I brung it in to the Largo Maryland location to get a store credit. I spoke with the GSTL named Sharone. She checked it and said that she could not grant it because the little tag in the inside was missing. I asked to speak with a manger she said she was the manger. I asked what her position was she said GSTL. I asked her what that stood for and she said she couldn't tell me. She didn't find any alternative to help me. She was very rude and did not have a customer service attitude. I left and drove to the Hyattsville Location and they found the Tag inside the romper that Sharone in Largo said she could not find. They gave me a store credit. Sharone clearly just wanted to give me a hard time. I spoke with Tom the STL and he was very pleasant. I shop at Target every week and usually have no returns. I feel that Sharone's attitude should be addressed for this is a customer service environment. read more

I used the pharmacy for the first...the worst They got both of my prescriptions wrong and forgot to include something in a third order. We received an alert text saying the orders were ready. We waited in line 15mins only to wait an additional hour for syringes...urgh Please revisit your operations...the wait time is entirely too long! read more

If I could give zero stars I would in this case. I was (key word being was as of today) a customer of the pharmacy at this particular location ( Target Largo of Campus Way ). First they do not answer the phone at all. You have to call what seems like a hundred times in order to get someone to respond and yet they respond with an attitude. Secondly I was told to go to another pharmacy because they were going to give me a generic brand of medication that I did not ask for nor want. I go to their competitor as described above to get script filled. Competitor called several times only to get a runaround until I had to call to tell them what was going on. Their competitor as nice as they are took care of things the RIGHT WAY! Never ever again, will I nor my family will come to this Target for pharmaceutical needs. AVOID AT ALL COST! I am not sure why I keep coming back to this Target. Oh yea... It is super close to my house. Yes, it is close to my house but it is always missing something. I haven't come here and was able to get everything I need. I usually have to go to other stores. Needless to say, I try to avoid here at all costs. In addition, the pharmacy SUCKS! I have come on several occasions, and they haven't had the medicine. Once I came and the young lady said that they haven't had time to fill my prescription. Easy in and out and great selection of Black hair care products. I live in Atlanta and you would think our Targets would have and equally large selection of Black Hair care products, not so. So I'm like a kid in the candy store here and appreciate this "big box's" buyers for catering to the hair needs of the local community. You can buy Miss Jessie's, Shea Moisture, Karen's BB, OIYN, Mixed Chicks and several other "new shcool" brands in addition to the "old school" Bronner Brothers, Blue Magic, etc. AND if you can't find what you need in Target, there is Sally's next door AND a beauty supply store in the same shopping complex/strip mall. This is my Target...I really don't use the cashier...I use the self service gun at the register...and I'm out. For this store...they have what I need..and if I don't see it..I ask, and they will get it in the back for me. All in all...no complaints. read more
