Made an appointment for an oil change and still ended up having a frustrating experience…read more When I arrived, I was told they didn't have the oil filter for my car, so I had to leave Walmart and go to AutoZone to buy one myself. After returning, I stood at the counter waiting for assistance while multiple employees walked by without acknowledging me. The employee helping me seemed more interested in talking with coworkers than focusing on the customer. Communication throughout the process was poor. I booked a Mobil 1 Full Synthetic oil change, but later noticed on my paperwork that Quaker State Full Synthetic was used instead. I'm not upset about the oil itself, but no one explained the substitution or asked if it was okay beforehand. The service was completed and my car is fine, but between having to source my own filter, the lack of attention from staff, and the poor communication, the experience did not justify making an appointment. I won't be returning to this location for future service.

When I first started using this pharmacy, it was honestly frustrating because the lines were always…read morelong and there was usually only one person working. Even though the employee would often assist two customers at the same time, the process still felt slow. However, since they introduced their new system with three self-service kiosks, the experience has improved significantly. Even when there's only one employee working, the line moves much faster and the overall process is more efficient. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful, and the store is typically well-stocked with what I need. My only complaint is the phone system. You can no longer speak directly to a live person when you call. Instead, you have to leave a message and wait for a callback, which can be inconvenient when you need immediate assistance. Overall, the improvements to the pharmacy process have made a noticeable difference, and my experiences there have been much better lately.

Well I came in and met Lamar, the store manager, and he asked what I was looking for. I told him and then he set me up on their bed match machine. He showed me various beds in and out of my desired price range. Needless to say I settled on the more expensive tempurpedic with an adjustable base. This bed is truly the best and I've had the best sleep since I got it about a week ago. Delivery came quickly as well since I ordered on a Sunday and got it on Wednesday. Also when it was delivered it was too high and I called Lamar and he and his stock guy, Anthony, came out and adjusted it for me. They did it free of charge and they didn't have to since it was my fault the bed was too high but I really appreciated it. This type of customer service is lacking today and they took great care of this customer. My mom has bought beds from here and we will keep coming back. They have top notch customer service and they don't try to sell to you just to get a sale. I also want to add that Lamar let my mom and I browse without feeling pressured to browse. He said it's a big decision so I could always come back after I think about it. With that being said I did buy that day and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

For this reason I visited M&S to see if; one, they could make a duplicate & two, if it would be cost effective. I met Nasir & asked him if he would clean the pieces for me. Nasir was so informative, inviting & entertaining that I knew this would not be my last visit. After he cleaned my jewelry we spoke in detail about it how replicating the jewelry would be cost effective for both of us. Seeing that the pieces were heavily detailed. Nasir was so accommodating I decided he would be my jeweler going forward. Fast forward to yesterday evening. I pulled up to M&S at the very last minute in need of a birthday gift for very dear friend & Mohamed was pulling down the gate to close. I told him in my kindest voice that rushed over to pick out a very important gift. Being the sweet older gentleman he is. He unlocked the doors & let me in. He pulled out 6 different trays of gold chains understanding that I was looking for the perfect one. I kept Mohamed there for 30mins after closing time tryna to decide between two beautiful gold chains. Mohamed gave his opinion when asked & I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with him. Me & my friend agreed that it was the absolute perfect gift for his birthday. And I wouldn't have gotten 20.8 grams of 10kt Gold without Mohamed's amazing guidance. Mohamed is seasoned in the jewelry business & working with someone like him makes you feel safe & never taken advantage of. Thank you, again Gentlemen so much!!! I will be seeing you soon.
