The majority of my groceries were missing, leaving me without food in my home. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for Walmart+ and relying on your delivery service. I'm also extremely disappointed that I'm still waiting for a call from Customer Service regarding this issue. Not only has no one resolved my concerns, but I'm apparently expected to pay another Express Delivery fee just to receive the items that should have been delivered correctly the first time. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful, and the store is typically well-stocked with what I need. My only complaint is the phone system. You can no longer speak directly to a live person when you call. Instead, you have to leave a message and wait for a callback, which can be inconvenient when you need immediate assistance. Overall, the improvements to the pharmacy process have made a noticeable difference, and my experiences there have been much better lately.

He showed me various beds in and out of my desired price range. Needless to say I settled on the more expensive tempurpedic with an adjustable base. This bed is truly the best and I've had the best sleep since I got it about a week ago. Delivery came quickly as well since I ordered on a Sunday and got it on Wednesday. Also when it was delivered it was too high and I called Lamar and he and his stock guy, Anthony, came out and adjusted it for me. They did it free of charge and they didn't have to since it was my fault the bed was too high but I really appreciated it. This type of customer service is lacking today and they took great care of this customer. My mom has bought beds from here and we will keep coming back. They have top notch customer service and they don't try to sell to you just to get a sale. I also want to add that Lamar let my mom and I browse without feeling pressured to browse. I pulled up to M&S at the very last minute in need of a birthday gift for very dear friend & Mohamed was pulling down the gate to close. He pulled out 6 different trays of gold chains understanding that I was looking for the perfect one.
