I asked for the manager on the clock which was a nice man with dreadlocks and as nice as he's always been being that we've started to go to that store since it opened so we've seen him before n he rung us out before as well today he was completely useless and it might be because it was a busy time or they just had enough of that lady and her rants because when I started to speak she started to curse and talk over me which he had to tell her to stop and keep doing her job MIND YOU SHE STILL RINGING MY stuff and my mother teenage sister and toddler son asking why she's being rude why shes saying bad words why shes calling me fat body shaming me and threatening with what we can only assume is ice giving the days we're all living in now in the country and needing to stick together. I had to sit there and tell my 4 year old that we don't say bad things to people or bad words and to never argue with someone whose older than him in the mean time while my mother in the verge of tears telling her teenager not to comment on the matter that sometimes people are just cruel and unprofessional. Did I mention I hate clothes shopping! for your grandchildren you make sacrifice. I have to be honest the store is kinda pricey and I am not rich or even partially rich lol. When we walked in I almost walked out because of the prices. The store is so well organized I decided to look around. I found that almost the intire store was 40% to 70% off and they let me use my military so that was about 15% off. Instead of walking out with a suit we walked out with 2 blazers 4 pants 2 neck ties 4 dress shirts and a bunch of dress socks! Norma helped my grandsons and I to pick out there clothing. I had to do very little. Norma was wonderful she helped me turn one set of clothing into at least 6 different one. My grandsons are very tall for 14 and 13 years old she fitted them just by looking at them? I was amazed at her persiion in guess their sizes.When we left the store we left with bags and hangers of nice quality clothing. Reason I stayed was, because of Norma hospitality and her greeting when we entered and her patients. I've gone in the store many times since and the customer service is always the same.
