I meant to do this a few weeks ago when I visited the store. Honestly, I started not to enter the store based on the location. I entered, and I was completely overcome with pleasantries, warm welcomes, and a verbal pitch of all the sales occurring at the time.
There was one guy taking a woman around (like a personal shopper)...she felt special. Another sales person was helping another customer. It was just an all around pleasant experience. I was so thrilled that I purchased something just because I was treated with such kindness.
There was one drawback, and I do mean just one. When the manager came in, they began to talk about who was working next and blah blah blah. It's just a personal preference, but I ABSOLUTELY HATE those kinds of discussions in front of customers. It went on for too long and it took away from all the great things I was experiencing.
Back to the good, honestly, I felt like I was in an upscale boutique. It was really a great experience. read more
