At a year out, it's still very visible dark in color and somewhat raised in areas. I expected more fading and blending by now. The surrounding skin also has uneven pigmentation and texture that hasn't fully resolved, which makes the area stand out more than I'd like. From a contour standpoint, there's improvement, but not the tight, clean look I was hoping for. There's still some softness and lack of definition in parts of the arm that I thought would be addressed with the procedure. To be fair, this isn't a disastrous result, but it's also not a "wow" outcome. It feels like I got about 50% of the result I expected, and the remaining 50% mainly scar appearance and skin quality was never fully addressed or managed. If you're considering this procedure, I'd strongly recommend having a very detailed conversation about scar management, realistic outcomes, and what follow-up treatments might be needed to get a more polished result.
