Came into Bath & Body Works with a gift card and unfortunately my initial experience during checkout was not pleasant. The associate assisting me was not friendly and had me scratch off the PIN with a paper clip, which removed one of the numbers and made it unreadable. She showed little concern or willingness to help resolve the issue. Thankfully, employee Germiyah stepped in without hesitation and completely turned the experience around. She was patient, kind, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She worked hard to find a resolution and maintained a positive attitude and smile the entire time. My whole experience here was made by one particular young woman on staff who went above and beyond with her recommendations. Knowledgeable, personable, and clearly passionate about the products -- exactly the kind of associate who makes a routine store visit feel like an actual experience. I came in with the simple intention of claiming my free birthday items, and she had me walking out with a full haul I didn't plan on. The birthday perks program alone is worth signing up for, and with staff like her making solid recommendations, your wallet will definitely take a hit -- but a happy one. If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst bath and body works I've ever been in. I'm very conscientious about who and where I spend my mom with with: I left out of here with my money in my pocket. I'll be fair and acknowledge that I went in a few days (maybe a week) after the candle sale so perhaps they were still tired. But no one greeted me. The store felt for lack of a better term junky. Scents were out of place, none of the wallflowers had the corresponding candle scents displayed with them. So it was impossible to test. All of the associates acted like they'd rather be elsewhere. The line was a nightmare. If that wasn't enough I witnessed the manger be extremely nasty to other customers over incorrect signage. I think I'm good on this location. I may try one more time and if it's better I'll update my review. read more

Oh Bath & Body Works, the memories you bring me! From the days of middle school and being obsessed with Warm Vanilla Sugar to the more subtle fragrances of today, Bath and Body Works is the place to play...with floral, sweet, and lush scents of course! Alas, its been quite some time since my days of frequent shopping. On a recent visit here, I was greeted by clean, organized displays and employees to help if I needed it. I'm pretty independent but nice customer service is always welcome. Parking is ample and easy and it's in a shopping center with many other stores and fast-casual eating. As I said I'm not a frequent customer, so this is probably closer to a 3.5 rating. I'd recommend this location. read more

This always come for candle but leave with so much more. Today I left with a few room sprays and lotions. All the women in the store were kind and attentive to my needs. I'm sure I'll be shopping at this location soon. read more

Will never go here again. They like to make up their own hours. On two occasions I've gone during NORMAL business hours (that I checked on both the phone line for the store, and online) and the associates were standing inside just pointing to the hand written sign saying closed. Just save yourselves the time and go to the St. Charles Mall location. read more

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I was asked if I needed anything, if I could use any help. They had a sale going on so I stopped to check it out but I was sure of what I wanted. When I got to the register, the woman helping me out asked if I found everything okay. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ONLINE STORE. Zero stars I love this location every time I go in the girls in there are friendly and soo ready to help even when they're stocking. I made an order online on the 7th estimated delivery was 10th-19th haven't received my order. So today on the 25th I decide to call them and I'm told that my order was delayed because of damaged merchandise by the dielivery company and that they aren't made aware of the issue until the items are returned to their warehouse.So my question is as the customer why aren't I made aware of a delay? Then I'm told by the manager continually "it's says here you received a credit" yeah because after I called you guys I'm told half of my items are now unavailable. If my money was delayed y'all would be quick to call or email though. read more

I'm always overwhelmed when I go into a bath & body works - usually, way too many smells, cramped with products everywhere, and pushy salespeople. NOT here!! I walked in and wasn't assaulted by smells or salespeople. The store is expertly set up so there's plenty of room to browse without feeling like you're going to knock something over. The salespeople are Super friendly in a genuine way (here's looking at you Kim and ... equally nice/helpful lady who I can't remember the name of). When I tell you that the experience in this particular location is amazing... it is! The employees are so friendly and helpful. They make the shopping experience even more fun than it already is. I only visited to take advantage of the hand soap sale and left out with a little bit of everything in the store.
