When I approached the table I was warmly greeted by the owner and his son. The quality of their candles is exceptional. My favorite thing about this company is that all the candle are homemade and come in a variety of sizes. Each one is carefully crafted with the finest ingredients, resulting in a clean and long-lasting burn. The scents are simply divine, and they fill my home with warmth and tranquility. Whether you looking for a calming lavender scent for relaxation or a festive holiday fragrance to set the mood, ST. Burgh's Wickery has it all. Their customer service is equally impressive. Every question I had the owner and his son answered them without hesitation. They genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction, which was evident in our interaction. By the end of our conversation I end ups purchasing their Christmas Past candle, Lemon Verbena wax melt, and White Linen. In summary, ST. Burgh's Wickery is a shining example of what a candle company should be. Their quality, variety of scents, affordability, and customer service make them stand out as a local gem . I'll be fair and acknowledge that I went in a few days (maybe a week) after the candle sale so perhaps they were still tired. But no one greeted me. The store felt for lack of a better term junky. Scents were out of place, none of the wallflowers had the corresponding candle scents displayed with them. So it was impossible to test. All of the associates acted like they'd rather be elsewhere. The line was a nightmare. If that wasn't enough I witnessed the manger be extremely nasty to other customers over incorrect signage. I think I'm good on this location.
