I recently ordered flowers (red roses) from Country Florist for a dear friend's birthday for delivery. The customer service was great so i was optimistic that i made the right choice with them. However, I am very disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered for the price point of $100. They could have at least used more filler to make it fuller vs this which to me looks like an amateur put it together. I trusted them based on the high rating of 4.5 stars, but I can't honestly say I would use this shop again nor recommend. Very disappointed in the final product. read more

My elderly mother went to purchase a corsage for a friend. She was told it would be $48 for a corsage. $48 for a corsage is way overpriced!! She asked for carnations because it was so expensive. I have had the pleasure of having a wonderful customer relationship with Stephanie of Country Florist and her associates for two when I contacted them from my home State of Illinois to have Flowers Delivered to Mom I asked for suggestions and agreed with her recommendation and end result was it brought tears to Mom's eyes as she described how I picked such a Beautiful arrangement, I explained that I only placed the order and described my admiration for and Stephanie did the rest Mom sent a picture of the arrangement and yes I was impressed as well the Beautiful Flowers that fit Mom's loving ways. I live out of state and most times order flowers for my mom for special holidays and simple thinking of you moments. My mother was absolutely stunned by the quality and size of the arrangement she received for her birthday today. She was so moved by them she cried happy tears! Just wanted to say a HUGE Thank You to Country Florist & the wonderful & sweet DIANA who really helped us out in a pinch! Our son & his wife had their first child (our first grandchild!!) late Thursday night & guess who got hit with a bad case of the flu that same night!? Yes, the new grandparents! Both of us! We we were heartbroken and wanted to at least send them something since we couldn't come to the hospital to meet our grandson- by the time I felt up to calling it was 12:30pm on Friday afternoon & the delivery driver was already out for the day. I couldn't have been a more satisfied bride. After 2 cancelled wedding, due to Covid, we decided to go to the courthouse to get married. I wanted a medium bouquet and found a pic online. I met with Sandy, who was oh so nice and she helped me come up with a beautiful bouquet. She communicated with me along the way and told me that one of the flowers that I wanted was not available. She gave me an alternative choice and I agreed. Well, within days, I kept thinking of the color of flower that she recommended and started feeling that I would not work. So I went in to the florist and met with Stephanie. She showed me what I ordered and I looked at all of the flowers and decided that I didn't like them.
