Brandon's Flowers - Brandon's Florists did a beautiful arrangement for my daughters birthday, Thankyou - Florists Near Me - Occoquan, Virginia

HUGE fan of this florist - I've purchased from them before but I have been motivated to write a glowing review after I saw what they'd designed for one of my favorite aunts. I always choose designer's choice/design when I send flowers. That way, the florist can use what's freshest, prettiest, and can tailor according to requests. I wanted something bright with orange lillies (my aunt's favorite). I just set a budget and let the expert do their thing. I mean, look at the results. It's stunning and bright and happy and my aunt loves it. I wish all florists in the area were this reasonably priced AND such high quality. read more

Ordered flowers on a Tuesday for a local funeral Thursday. I did not receive an email receipt, but did receive an email saying I will be getting their newsletter. That's fine, no big deal, but prefer a receipt. A few minutes after ordering I wanted to change who the flowers were from, add "and family" after my name. I sent an email that was listed on the newsletter as contact info. Did not get a reply or any acknowledgment. I went to the funeral today and they did not make the change. Disappointing. BTW, the flowers were absolutely beautiful, really nicely done. UPDATE: Owner did reach out and apologized, I do appreciate that concern, the email was 100% sent to email address from website. I suggest they look at their SPAM filters. read more

I want to give a huge shoutout and "Thank you!" to Valencia Dixon and her staff at Brandon's Flowers for their work on this beautiful arrangement that I ordered for my wife. This is the "Pink Roses and Iris" arrangement and I also got the "Self Care Gift Box" - needless to to say the Mrs. was very happy, lol. Be sure to check them out if you're in Woodbridge or the surrounding areas. They have an amazing selection for any and all occasions, the quality of work is outstanding, and the staff are very personable and friendly. Highly recommend. Valencia, thank you again, truly. https://brandonsflowers.net/ read more

Buy local! My family has had relatively disappointing experiences ordering flowers from the large online sites - the arrangements have been undersized, of poor quality and were often missing cards to identify the sender. I decided to buy local and ordered a floral arrangement for my parents' anniversary this week from Brandon's Flowers website and am so very glad I did! My parents called to tell us how stunning the flowers are - the flowers are all fresh and I damaged and the bouquet is artistically arranged - an obvious labor of love. Thank you Brandon's Flowers - you've got my business going forward! read more

Ok I Never give 5 stars but it wouldn't be right. Not only did they have amazing customer service but the flowers were delivered earlier than expected. Pictures don't give this fall arrangement the credit it deserves. The aroma is so pleasant. I remember Brandon's earlier tiny store. Highly recommended! read more

Thank you Brandon Flowers for taking my request on such short notice. After failing miserably to make my own bouquet Brandon Flowers literally saved me from looking a hot mess at my wedding. They took my order with less then 48 hours of anticipation and ROCKED IT. Josselyn (hope I didn't misspell her name) and Valencia were AMAZING. Great customer service!! Great staff. Every time I walked in there, someone always said hello to me. Valentine's flowers were fresh and beautiful! Minus 1 star for the cost of a bouquet of red roses, but I would still come back for future flower arrangements. Thank you ladies for doing such a great job making it a smooth Valentine's last minute shopping trip :) read more

You never know where a florist is until you need one. Brandon's is a mile away from my home. I'll pick up cut flowers at a supermarket for the convenience but I'll go to Brandon's for an arrangement. I've been there twice and both times came away with a great arrangement. The staff is friendly and competent. I told them I wanted red and green for a table setting and they took it from there. The flowers are fresh and it turned out great. I felt I got a good price, too. read more

Brandon's flowers is my new go to place for special occasions. Not only did the arrangement I ordered for my wife's birthday come out absolutely beautiful, they delivered them first thing in the morning. I have ordered flowers in the past from various places around the country and more often than not they either come later in the afternoon, don't look anything like the pictures, or a combination of both. Thank you to those at Brandon's Flowers who helped put a smile on my wife's face on her special day. read more

In April of this year, I selected Brandon's Flowers to order a specific Teleflora bouquet for my mother, who lives in Woodbridge. I'd had an unfortunate experience with another florist in this area, so was focused on not making the same mistake twice. I'm happy to share that Brandon's Flowers created the Teleflora bouquet perfectly down to the butterfly (see attached image below) and the service I received was excellent. I've recommended this florist to my extended family and will use it again, when ordering flowers for my mother. read more

Although my contact with the florist was by internet order and its correction by the phone, I had a very pleasant experience (especially on the phone). She corrected the card content for me and described the balloon options very well on the phone. I could picture the balloon design in my head and was able to decide on the spot. She was very helpful and friendly! I would use this florist for any occasions in the area! read more

Brandon's Flowers provided the flowers for my wedding last week (September 2018) and I was SO pleased with thre service, attention to detail and the beautiful flowers! I ordered loose flowers mostly so that I could arrange centerpieces and other arrangements for our memorial table and sweetheart table. The flowers were top quality and the colors were spot on! Also....I did ALL ordering over the phone and email! They did my bouquet and it surpassed my expectations, by far! I sent a pic of what i wanted and it was a perfect match! My home is still flooded with the fresh, floral aroma! I highly recommend Brandon's! I spoke with Valencia initially, who was so sweet and professional. I later talked to Amy who provided me with the same care! My day was beautiful and the guests raved about the flowers! read more

I ordered online directly from Brandon's Flowers for a delivery. The shop went above and beyond to get this order delivered (they attempted three times and called me with updates)! I stopped in to get something for my friend's birthday and Lauren was awesome. Friendly and welcoming and also let me browse. I picked a beautiful and fun pitcher and when I checked out, Anna showed me a couple of arrangements that could be put in the vase if I chose (informative without being pushy!). I asked if I decided to come back and do that if the price of the vase would come off the arrangement price and she quickly went back to check with the manager (Val) and confirmed it for me. It was a Friday afternoon and everything about the encounter was happy, easy and fun. It was a great way to start the weekend. I'll also add that the shop itself is lovely. There are all sorts of things to buy, but spread out so you don't have to worry that you'll knock into things. read more

Don't put my request in the notes I'd have no intention of doing said notes. I didn't ask for anything about of the ordinary. Just wanted my wife to be surprised when she got the flowers. All they said ways " here you go and thank you lol" how is that being nasty? Yes I was mad because I was promised something that wasn't delivered. That's not on me I don't work here. Pretty simple. Don't offer if you can't make it happen. It was a simple happy birthday to my wife. Garbage read more

I recently ordered a flowers for someone's belated birthday. I chose Brandon's Flowers based on the 4.9 stars review on Google. I expressed to Val the importance of the occasion and even asked about the type of flowers that would be used. She reassured me that it would come out nice. Sadly, the floral arrangement was less to be desired. And I am thoroughly disappointed. Val, the employee at Brandon's Flowers, has since responded to my Google review to add in their defense I chose the cheapest floral arrangement. Her response exemplifies the lack of professionalism I received. I paid a total of $47.09. And while I did choose the deal of the day at $35, there were other floral arrangements on their website for the same price. Basically what Val and Brandon's Flowers have stated is that a customer that chooses the deal of the day or any other arrangement that is listed at $35, should expect to receive lower quality and presentation and dismal customer service. This has nothing to do with the value of the arrangement. The bottom line is the arrangement did not look professionally done and looked like a bunch of cheap flowers were thrown together in a vase. Maybe Brandon's Flowers is better at when you select a floral arrangement with a picture so they can easily copy what flowers should be added and arranged for presentation. Val only offered to replace the arrangement after I shared I would be leaving reviews. I am also dismayed that Val would dare to mention any information about the recipient, which shows a lack of discretion and regard for privacy. I am the customer that paid for the floral arrangement and delivery. And I am the one that was disappointed with the arrangement. read more

Never again. Ordered flowers for my parents over the phone about this time last year. Freezing weather but the delivery person left the flowers outside their front door where they stayed overnight!
