If I could give 20 stars, I would! Fauzi was incredibly helpful in helping us choose the flowers for our wedding. We didn't give her much notice, but she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. My bouquet was absolutely stunning, and the flowers and greenery for the tables were simply lovely. The best part was that everything was delivered promptly on our wedding day, which made everything that much more special. We couldn't have been happier with the service and the beautiful arrangements. Thank you, Fauzi, for helping make our wedding day so beautiful! read more

On the website, it said I had to order the flowers online before 12 o'clock noon if I wanted it delivered the same day. I ordered the flower arrangement that looks looks like a birthday cake at 11:30. My sister received her arrangement before 3 o'clock that day. wow! The flowers are gorgeous. My sister was totally excited and impressed with her arrangement. This is the first time I have ever ordered from them. I will definitely order from them again. read more

Received an arrangement for the holidays. The pine was dry and brittle, needles were falling off. In one day white mums were dead, roses were turning black. Called and left a voice mail about how bad it was and they never bothered to even call me back. Poor customer service. Poor quality and a haphazard looking arrangement. read more

Fantastic flower shop! I highly recommend Flowers With Passion! I received a bouquet from them that was delivered to me as a get well soon gift someone had ordered. Also have used them to place two separate orders for boutonnieres and corsages. The lady of the shop was very friendly and professional and worked directly with me to get the kind of flowers and color that would match best with the outfits they were going to be used with. She even gave me a special rose before I left the shop. She definitely puts an extra touch and care into each order. Wonderful place!! Thank you Thank you!! read more

Flowers With Passion - Flower arrangement - Florists Near Me - Manassas, Virginia

I cannot say enough good things about Flowers With Passion. The lady who owns/operates this place is a true professional. I think her name is Fauzi Omar. I was preparing to go to VCU Hospital to welcome baby girl Savannah. Dora loves the Sunflowers and my challenge was to find them on the day before Valentines. Flowers With Passion to the rescue. She put together a beautiful arrangement with Sunflowers, pink carnations and pink roses. Just beautiful and suitable for a baby girl and her mother who loves Sunflowers. Thank you Fauzi, I will not forget your smile and willingness to help on a cold & windy February Friday before Valentines ! read more

My mother received her bouquet of branches today... I was so embarrassed when I saw the picture of them. Thankfully 1800flowers is reaching out to a "better florist" to resend tomorrow, but today was her birthday... how disappointing...Too many florists in the area to settle for this one. read more

They helped me out with flowers for my anniversary, did a custom arrangement same day, and they had what I was looking for. Highly recommend

For the last several years I have brought up two sleighs for them to fill with Xmas floral and greenery arrangements. This year I was behind my time and brought them up two days before Xmas, in the afternoon, for them to work their magic. They told me they could have them both completed for me that day, but I felt so bad being late and rushing them, and I said I would return the next day. When I did, both arrangements took my breath away - they were so beautiful! I host Xmas for family, and everyone always highly praises the floral displays on my tables. You can't go wrong using Flowers with Passion - they're the best! read more

I ordered the "Floral Affair" bouquet in the Premium size (most expensive) for my fathers funeral. I requested no carnations and to replace them with roses. I've never been so embarrassed, humiliated and sick to my stomach! What was delivered was literally half the size of what I had paid for? They took away so many Lillies and snips from the original and still put in carnations even though I had said to replace with roses. Their substitution policy is equal or better but they are just out to take advantage vulnerable people. read more

I called Flowers with Passion to order a flower bouquet for my mom. I was greeted by a man named Dave who helped me through the design, ordering, and delivery process with an abundance of care. I chose this company based on the reviews. I live in California and wanted to send flowers to a friend in Manassas, but didn't want to use the same old big companies. They sent a photo of the flowers they delivered, and the arrangment was beautiful, but it was just the start. They called me to let me know it was delivered and mentioned it was on the porch and might be hard to see from the driveway. They *called*. They didn't text. Such a nice personal touch. They were just wonderful, and so was the arrangement. Thank you! read more

After poor correspondence from 1800 Flowers, I received so much help from Flowers With Passion to reroute my delivery. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and kind. If delivering flowers in this area again, I would definitely go straight to them. It's clear how much they care about their customers. read more

Great business and fantastic family. Truly cares about their customers, their happiness and loyalty. Their arrangements are also 2nd to none. After 3 years of amazing business with FWP as my exclusive florist, I had an unfortunate misunderstanding that simply didn't need to be and I regret any discomfort over it. The owners corrected the misunderstanding and went above and beyond by personally delivering, explaining the situation, and reconciling absolutely everything. For a non-local order that I placed for Mother's Day, the owner personally spent 1.5 hrs on the phone to find a florist at the delivery location that would honor my purchase. I personally know the owners of this company are invested in customer happiness in every transaction and in every single arrangement they make. I will continue being a loyal customer. Thank you FWP and Happy Mother's Day to you. read more

We received a most beautiful orchid plant ordered by a friend in Florida. Unbeknownst to her, we were on a three week vacation and the initial delivery perished in the sub zero temperatures. Our neighbors notified Flowers With Passion and a beautiful replacement was delivered after our return. We are so pleased with both the quality of product and the friendly service, we are certain that our future floral needs will go to this outstanding florist! read more

My sister and brother-in-law sent flowers to me because I just got out of the hospital. Flowers With Passion responded with a simply gorgeous arrangement of day lilies in two different shades, with lots of new buds waiting to open, and numerous breathtakingly beautiful orange roses that just keep getting more lovely as the days pass. The delivery man, I think his name was Mr. Omar, called to make sure someone would be home, because the day was very bright, sunny, and quite hot. He stayed extra time to be sure the flowers would still be safe and beautiful, talk about going the extra mile!! For local flowers I will never call anywhere else, other than Flowers With Passion. Thank you for the beauty of your blooms and your excellent customer care! It is so clear you care deeply about your art. read more

My order was placed with USAA FTD services. As a USAA member, I expect the services offered to be above par. In this instance, it was not. I reside in St. Louis. The flowers were for my mother who resides in Virginia. So, when you state that I was verbally combative with the delivery person, that's not only untrue, but impossible, because I was hundreds of miles away. The flowers that were delivered the first time did not even remotely resemble what was ordered. The second delivery was much worse. I have photos that were sent to me of each delivery the moment that they were received. You offered to rectify this by sending a third delivery. Perhaps this time it will be correct. read more

To the owners of Flowers with Passion, You did not reach out to me via phone until 48 hours later and you were caught trying to rip off a customer. You were rude and condescending to me in your shop and blamed the driver, me and my daughter for your mistake. No apology was offered and I did not accept the arrangement you offered because it looked as if you had gone to a grocery store bought some flowers and shoved them in to a vase. As I told you have experience with the floral industry and fully understand how hectic it is at this time of year. That is really only an excuse for your poor behavior and bad customer service. I stand by my review of your shop and encourage others to boycott your shop. read more

First of all, the owners are really nice and they try the best to meet your desires. Second, they will do their best to make really beautiful bouquets and they will exceed your expectations. I just order yesterday on short notice a bouquet and we spend almost half an hour just to build the order. Later on, I was asked to give the approval for an upgrade to more expensive ones. At no cost! They explained me the color and the final appearance and I was pleased with that. It was delivered today. And it looks so good! Wow... really terrible bouquet... I'm not sure I've seen a cheaper arrangement in my life. Was delivered a bouquet of flowers after my surgery. It contained carnations, alstroemeria, and filler daisy. If you know anything about flowers you know that these are about the cheapest flowers you can stock.... usually the one benefit is these flowers (if fresh) will last upwords of 2 weeks. This bouquet was dead and gone after 4-5 days. I spoke to the family member who sent my flowers and they shared how much they spent. I am appalled by what was delivered. Shame on you! read more
