I ordered the "Floral Affair" bouquet in the Premium size (most expensive) for my fathers funeral. I requested no carnations and to replace them with roses. I've never been so embarrassed, humiliated and sick to my stomach! What was delivered was literally half the size of what I had paid for? They took away so many Lillies and snips from the original and still put in carnations even though I had said to replace with roses. Their substitution policy is equal or better but they are just out to take advantage vulnerable people. read more

My order was placed with USAA FTD services. As a USAA member, I expect the services offered to be above par. In this instance, it was not. I reside in St. Louis. The flowers were for my mother who resides in Virginia. So, when you state that I was verbally combative with the delivery person, that's not only untrue, but impossible, because I was hundreds of miles away. The flowers that were delivered the first time did not even remotely resemble what was ordered. The second delivery was much worse. I have photos that were sent to me of each delivery the moment that they were received. You offered to rectify this by sending a third delivery. Perhaps this time it will be correct. read more

You were rude and condescending to me in your shop and blamed the driver, me and my daughter for your mistake. No apology was offered and I did not accept the arrangement you offered because it looked as if you had gone to a grocery store bought some flowers and shoved them in to a vase. First of all, the owners are really nice and they try the best to meet your desires. Second, they will do their best to make really beautiful bouquets and they will exceed your expectations. I just order yesterday on short notice a bouquet and we spend almost half an hour just to build the order. Later on, I was asked to give the approval for an upgrade to more expensive ones. Wow... really terrible bouquet... I'm not sure I've seen a cheaper arrangement in my life. Was delivered a bouquet of flowers after my surgery. It contained carnations, alstroemeria, and filler daisy. If you know anything about flowers you know that these are about the cheapest flowers you can stock.... usually the one benefit is these flowers (if fresh) will last upwords of 2 weeks. This bouquet was dead and gone after 4-5 days. I spoke to the family member who sent my flowers and they shared how much they spent. I am appalled by what was delivered. Shame on you! read more
