Recently, I had to visit Mary's Shop to arrange for baskets of wildflowers to be prepared for our daughter's celebration of life service. I first saw them one hour after delivery, it was clear they used inferior product. Another display was entirely the wrong size and ruined our memorial display for my husbands urn. I visited their shop with the hopes of an apology and explanation. Instead I was treated rudely with yelling, lied to and accused of asking for the wrong sizes. Due to a long illness, my husband and I had time to plan his funeral and memorial services and we were detailed in our planning. It is heartbreaking that I was unable to honor his final wishes because Petal Pushers did whatever they wanted and took advantage of my time of grief and tried to pass off poor quality flowers while charging more than $500 for three arrangements. I find the owners response disgusting and I will never get another chance to say farewell to my husband the way we planned. I hope no one else has to experience what my family did. No problem, EVERY other merchant out there can just swipe the credit card you used and scan the merchandise to issue you a refund, like Target. Not The Children's Place, no receipt, only an even exchange NO RETURN. After standing in line that long and NOTHING gets accomplished, no apology, nothing. The lady had the audacity to lay into my husband with our 2 year old, very rudely about how shopping carts aren't allowed in the store. Fine, I get that. But why the attitude. I left pissed and disgusted with our treatment there. Seriously, don't waste your time. No one will greet you, they could care less about you.
