My daughter said the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and very good quality. She enjoyed them for her entire stay which was a full week. When she checked out of her hotel, the flowers were still very fresh and beautiful. She left them at the reception desk for all to enjoy. What arrived had the same individual flowers, but none of the artistry or structure from the online photo. It was flat and loosely arranged where the picture showed a tall, sculpted design. I reached out afterward to flag the difference and never got a response. For the price and the amount of care and advance planning I put into this, I expected either the arrangement I ordered or at least some acknowledgment when it wasn't right.
