He wrote in a spiral notebook and added me to the computer system. As requested, I called and left a detailed message but never heard back. I even received a text message saying that they would call me back - the owner claimed it was an AI error. When I went to pick up the arrangement - there was no arragement - and the owner acted like he had never seen me before. In my grief, I lashed out and eventually apologized. What is mind blowing is that the owner could not admit his mistake. Clearly he had messed up and the appropriate thing to do would have apologized.
