Gorgeous Flowers - Excellent Customer Service & Delivery - Highly Recommended!! The lady who took my order was wonderful! The delivery lady was prompt and lovely! The flowers were better than I expected and the florist added pretty satin ribbons. I took them to my brother's gravesite at Arlington, as I do every year on the anniversary of his passing. I used Bergerons for Mother's Day this year and both their bouquet and delivery service were the best I ever experienced. The flowers were arranged beautifully and they called 20 minutes ahead of the delivery to ensure someone would be home to receive them as it was too windy to leave them outside. We ordered flowers by phone for a funeral. We were particularly delighted with the woman that took the order, Berkeley. The family reported that the bouquet and vase were absolutely "gorgeous." The service at Bergerons is exceeded only by the quality of their plants/flowers. I recently visited the shop to purchase a plant to acknowledge a death of a neighbor. Because I was purchasing the plant on behalf of several others, I felt responsible for the quality of the plant. The plant delivered was absolutely beautiful and exceeded that which other flower shops were displaying. The presentation was lovely in a unique basket with a subtle bow that did not distract from the beauty of the plant. You must have to pass the "nice" test to work at the shop as everyone I spoke to was patient and kind. The shop is a little hard to find but worth the effort if you feel the need to visit. If you dream it, they can create it! In fact, they will create it and exceed your expectations. Bergeron's has vast experience in several styles of floral design, & have assisted with events and weddings of all sizes, styles, themes, and varying types of décor. Christi, Rachel, and the rest of the Bergeron's team created beautiful, purple-hued, timeless florals for my wedding. Christi listened to my thoughts about the types of flowers I desired for the look of my wedding, reviewed inspiration photos with me, and noted special flowers that would be meaningful if included (i.e. lilacs like my grandmother carried 60 yrs ago). We worked to create a modern/classic look at the reception, with 3 variations of centerpieces. Christi was mindful of my budget during the planning process, and assisted with recommendations to achieve the look I wanted when my dreams & desires exceeded my budget. Christi also worked to create a floral hair piece that complimented the bouquet designed for me. In addition, she created biedermeier style bouquets for my 7 bridesmaids that didn't look silly, but rather complimented the other florals at the event and the plum colored, mismatched dresses the attendants wore. My husband and I were so pleased with the services of this vendor, and the size, look, and style of all of the florals for the wedding exceeded our expectations. I would never order from this florist. I ordered a large arrangement for a family friend's 85th birthday. All went well on the internet, reply email was fine. Next day, the day of delivery, they emailed me and said they were too busy to fill the order and deliver it! This is not service! Never again!!!! read more

For several years I have been ordering flowers for our daughters birthdays from Bergerons. The arrangement that was delivered to our daughter on Friday, January 25, had flowers that had died and turned brown looking terrible by day 3. This arrangement cost just under $100 and I expected them to look nice for more than 2 days! When she called them to report this (she made this call on Tuesday day 4), she was told that they guarantee their flowers for only 48 HOURS! I feel that is unacceptable considering the cost of the flowers and the fact that we have been using this florist for so long. I will not be using their services again. read more
