Jean worked to find another florist but not locating someone she believed would do as quality of a job as her she decided to go ahead and deliver the arrangement herself even refusing my offer to pay her extra for the additional expense. I was busy with other details but emailed my fiancée pictures of (unique) bouquets I liked from the Internet. Somehow he found this florist, relayed a picture, and asked for delivery to our hotel the next morning by 0900. Yes, they could do it, didn't give any attitude or make it sound like it was a big deal, and they literally delivered what they said they would, right on time! In addition to being so helpful and responsive, the flowers were gorgeous and EXACTLY like the photo. The flowers seemed like the were cut that same morning they were so FRESH! No lost petals or droopy stems in my (85 degree) wedding day! The bouquet was also delivered in a tall glass "vase" with a tiny bit of water in the bottom to protect the flowers and keep them fresh. It was a genius delivery system! After the ceremony I placed the bouquet back in the same vase and the next day they're just as gorgeous. I'd give ten stars if I could. I struck gold with this florist!
