In addition to being so helpful and responsive, the flowers were gorgeous and EXACTLY like the photo. The flowers seemed like the were cut that same morning they were so FRESH! No lost petals or droopy stems in my (85 degree) wedding day! The bouquet was also delivered in a tall glass "vase" with a tiny bit of water in the bottom to protect the flowers and keep them fresh. When my daughter and I popped in to pick up a bouquet to surprise my wife at the airport returning from a trip, we left with two. My wife was impressed with how beautiful the selection was. 2) Space: Once you enter the space, you're surrounded by plants and household goods like candles. The shop is put together well, inviting you to stay awhile browsing every corner. 3) Staff: Holley, the owner, was managing the shop when we stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. She is welcoming and can guide you through the store connecting you to the right bouquet or plant. She Loves Me's Barracks Row shop is open Wednesday through Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM. I thought that calling a local florist would be a better experience Vs using an online service. I asked for a beautiful arrangement with lots of flowers in various shades of pinks, purples and white. I spent $120 including the delivery. There are less than ten flowers, mostly babies breath and filler. The delivery person (door dash arranged by the shop) left the flowers with the concierge with a first name only. No last name, no room number. When I called the hotel to check on the flowers they said "yes we have them but we had no idea who they were for". I called the shop to tell them and they said sorry and were very nice. They said that the full name and room number were inside the envelope. But the driver didn't tell them that. I do not recommend this shop at all. Mostly because of the arrangement they sent. But they also need a different delivery service. They should have told me that a $95 arrangement is not a nice arrangement.
