Despite the time crunch, the team was polite, prompt, and incredibly responsive. The absolute highlight was an unadvertised extra step that shows true artistry: I had asked for a specific type of bird accent for the bouquet. Instead of saying 'no' because they didn't have a plastic pick, they took the time to hand-draw a stenciled version of the bird with varying colors to include in the arrangement. It was a beautiful, personal touch that I never expected. Walking in to pick it up, the space was warm, cozy, and inviting. The staff is just as wonderful--beautiful, attractive people who were friendly and made the whole experience feel special. I called today to check on the status of flowers for my mother. Given some prior issues, I wanted to be sure that nothing happened and the order would be delivered. You'd have thought I asked them to cross the Red Sea. As I expected, the order had missing items and I called back. Instead of listening to me, the person was too busy talking over me. I asked to speak to a manager and instead of connecting me they tried to blow me off by suggesting that I write an email. In the recent few years, there have just been too many issues.
