My girlfriend was at the nearby hospital this morning, so I picked-up a bouquet of flowers before I came to visit her. This flower store was open early even on a Satirday, and I appreciated that. I'm no flower expert, but they have a pretty good selection of flowers for what seemed like many occaisions. I saw a nice bouqet of regular flowers that I knew she would like so I bought them. The price for the bouqet was reasonable too. It was kind of a fun experience for me as well, and the smell from all of the flowers was resonating. A five (5) Rating is exactly what Johnnie's Florist deserves because I needed to have a get well bouquet sent to a Minister from my church, and I wanted it delivered the next day! I especially wanted to speak to someone, and I did not trust that an online request would get the job done right and with care. I was fortunate that Mr. Johnnie answered the phone on a national holiday even despite the fact the shop was closed Mr Johnnie accepted my order. When the Minister called to thank me for such beautiful flowers, I was even more grateful. Mr. Johnnie's was professionalism, attentive, courteous, kind, and timely and showed the care given to both the Minster and myself. This is why I gave the Five (5) rating. Outstanding! A promised arrangement delivery for the day after Valentines (there was a Severe ice storm that had canceled most deliveries or pickups) , Monday the 15th went undelivered with no notice and no notification. I was not even given even the opportunity to cancel the order. There was no email confirmation or tracking. No one contacted me by phone, sms, or email. The arrangement arrived with the receipt on the 16th a full day late and with the receipt in full view which my wife saw. It is wholly unacceptable to deliver an arrangement a day late and tactless to deliver an arrangement with the receipt. As there was no attempt by Johnnies to inform me of a delayed order i demand a refund as they voided their return policy restrictions through these unethical actions. read more

The flowers delivered did not compare to the flowers in the photo I selected from Johnnie's Florist web site. The colors were nothing like the photo, the flowers were totally different and looked crumpled, the vase was not what was ordered either. Will not use them again. read more

I called Johnnie's Florist this week to order a bouquet for my daughter in Washington who was having surgery. Marilyn, the woman with whom I spoke, was very friendly and helped me select a bouquet. She told me they were out of a few specific blooms, but that she would make sure it was a beautiful fall bouquet, and that it would be delivered in the time specified. And it was!
